This isn't really a fear but I hate doing it. I'm always that person that goes to a sleepover and wakes up in the middle of the night needing to pee really bad. It's then awkward to exit the bedroom without waking anyone and blindly stumble in the dark to find where the bathroom is.
It's even worse when your the first person to wake up and you don't want to leave the bedroom by yourself in case you bump into one of your friend's parents who you don't really know while you look like shit.
