Clutching Asuna's gentle hands, Kirito sighed and pulled her down softly beside him. "Asuna..." He sighed "Asuna I'm going to be blunt...I don't want to leave this world. I don't want to leave you, Yui, Aimi...but I know you do. You want to go back to your family...Aimi...and you want to find me, but I'm not sure you'll be able to. I want to stay...this world is perfect I can do what I please and I have a family." As he spoke, floods of tears streamed down his cheeks and he collapsed into Asuna's lap, curling up into a ball. Sniffling rapidly, Asuna ran light fingers through his ebony black hair, seemingly calming him and floods of tears turned to trickles. A now comforted Kirito looked up into the soft brown eyes of his wife and leant his aching head against her chest. "Kirito..." Asuna whispered "...I want you to promise me one thing if you decide to leave...find me and fall in love with me all over again...just promise me that." With a gentle nod, Kirito snuggled further into her loving grip and dried his tear filled eyes.
A couple of hours later, a sleep sodden Kirito lay sleeping between the sheets of his bed, his hair tangled between the fibres of his feathered pillow. A restless Yui bounded around the living room, leaving a trail of scattered pillows and blankets behind her. Meanwhile, a restful Aimi lay within a deep sleep in her bed, as cute as ever. The air was cool and crisp and the afternoon sun soon began to set. Tranquility smothered everything in the village and a sleep like sense seemed to flutter over the land. Sighing, Asuna stood on the mahogany flooring of the balcony, overlooking the crisp grass and the aqua glow of the lake and sighed "I sometimes forget this world is virtual...but it's better than reality."
