Saturday 20th December 2025. A nervous Kirito approached a distant bench where a familiar face was sitting. Asuna. As he reached out to touch her shoulder, he smiled and ran a his fingers through his messed up hair and teased it into his virtual style. As she turned to him, Kirito admired her new look; her rosewood mini skirt against her still elegant legs, her white clinical coat and its ornate buttons which lay on top of a magenta jersey, her golden chain adorned with a cross - a similar reminder of her virtual identity - as well as her hair. "Asuna..." He gasped "I'm so glad I found you." Smiling uncontrollably, Asuna grabbed his hand and replied, with soft lips "I told you so."
As they strolled down the jostling streets, Kirito wrapped his arm around Asuna and pulled her closer. A continuous thought seemed to run through his head...'if we ever return to the real world, I will definitely find you and fall in love with you all over again.' He smiled at the thought, 'well it's happening...I hope this lasts forever...'
