The Collision [On Hold]

Chapter 2

"Chewy, please take a seat beside Jungyeon at the back." Miss Park instructed as she pointed to Jungyeon.

She walked over to her and sat beside her.

"Hey, I'm Jungyeon!"

Tzuyu nodded.

"Please take out your history textbook and flip to page 45." Miss Park told the class.

She quietly took out her textbook and flipped open to that page. Jungyeon sighed, "You don't talk much do you?"

Tzuyu nodded without looking at her.

What she didn't realise was that a certain squirrel sitting a few tables in front is staring at her.

After teaching a new boring topic, they had to do a pair project. "Now pick your partner that you want to pair up with to do the project. Remember, it's graded."

"DUBUUU!" Momo yelled as she hugged Dahyun tight. Dahyun laughed while trying to push her away.

"Mi-"

"Mina, wanna pair up?" Nayeon asked while playing with her fingers. "Sure." Mina replied and stuck her tongue out at Sana.

"Thomas, come on." Jungyeon nudged Jihyo. Jihyo simply nodded and ruffled Jungyeon's hair.

The rest of the class except for those with partners and Sana, crowded around Tzuyu. "Chewy please pair up with mee!" "Let's do it together!" "MARRY MEEE!"

She groaned in annoyance and stood up. The students around her became silent instantly. She scanned the classroom and saw a squirrel staring at her, not even blinking once. Tzuyu walked over to her, "Lets pair up."

Sana was still staring at the beauty in front of her. Was she real? "Erm..."

Sana blinked and realised she was standing in front of her. Her friends were laughing their asses off. She glared at them before looking at Tzuyu. "Erm... S- sure."

"Alright."

When the last class ended, everybody packed their bags and greeted the teacher before leaving. "Squirrel, wanna come with us for a movie?" Momo asked.

Sana sighed,"Sorry guys, I have this stupid date with Somi."

"Tsk, tsk , tsk. Suit yourself flirt." Her friends turned and left. She looked around the classroom and saw that only Tzuyu and her were left in the classroom, Tzuyu was staring at Sana blankly.

Her heart started to race again. Those butterflies were in her squirrel stomach again. "OH GOD NOT THIS AGAIN!" she yelled in frustration.

"You okay?" Tzuyu asked, kind of weirded out.

"Oh... I'm fine. Thanks for asking." She looked on the ground, trying to hide her blush.

"See you tomorrow after school, we need to start the project."

"Yea..."

Tzuyu nodded and left.

Sana slapped herself, "What's wrong with me?"

"Sana!" Somi exclaimed as she came running down the hallway. Sana put on a fake smile, "Lets
go." She held Somi's hand before leaving.

[After the date]

"Somi." Sana called sternly.

"Hm? Is something wrong?" Somi asked in concern as she stared at Sana's serious face expression.

"We are done. Don't follow me again." Well, that was her daily routine anyway.

Tears welled up in Somi's eyes. "Why? We were alright just now, what happened? What did I do to hurt you? I will change! Please." Somi held Sana's hand tight trying to beg her.
