I pushed Nash off of me, luckily he got the attention and looked to who called my name.
I looked at the person and suddenly felt guilty.
I don't really know why, maybe it's because he looked hurt and betrayed.
But I swear to god, I wouldn't be the one to cheat, I never would. But let's pray to god that he better not think like that about me.
"Matthew?.." I said smiling, trying to lighten up the mood around here.
"Talk later, babe" Nash just HAD to flirt.
"Buzz off, Nash!" I snapped rolling my eyes.
He chuckled before walking away winking at me.
I glared at him.
Serious moment now.
I looked at Matthew.
"Matthew, it's not what it looks like" I began. He looked speechless. But soon had a angry look.
"You slut." he said under his breath looking down at the floor.
Shock filled my body, my mouth was hanging open. I can't believe what he just called me, and he just apologized earlier.
"R-Repeat that again, please" I said angrily.
He looked at me filled with anger. He began walking towards me. Every step he took, the more I began to feel frightened.
"You slut, that's what I said!" He snapped.
"You don't even know what was going on" I said, tears threatening to spill.
"I'm not blind, Katie!" He raised his voice.
I cleared my throat, looking down to my shoes.
Everyone that passed us had there attention on us. This is SO embarrassing. Matthew should know that I'm not like that. I would never so that to him, or to anyone perhaps.
"Katie?"
Yes, saved!
"Yeah, May?" I asked looking at her smiling of relief.
I gave her the pleading eyes, just so she gets it.
She nodded.
Matthew kept his eyes on me not even caring May was here.
"Sorry, Matthew, I gotta take Katie away from you" May said and pulled me.
But soon was pulled back roughly.
"She's not going anywhere with you" Matthew glared at her.
Then he hold grip on my waist. "Shes not your dog, Matthew" May rolled her eyes and tried pulling me back.
But Matthew held on tight. "Matthew, seriously! Let her go!" May snapped. "Who's gonna make me?! You!?" Matthew fired back. It was kinda awkward to be in the middle of their argument. Like wtf do I do?? I should think fast. I wanna leave Matthew so bad right now, but I'm Afraid he would get mad at home.i just stood there ignoring their argument. I can't do anything about it. Soon the bell rang, while they still argued. Sucks I missed lunch, ugh!
I finally snapped out of my weakness and pushed myself away from Matthew, I grabbed May's hand and walked to class, Matthew screamed my name, but I ignored him. Once we walked in class Mr.Abcd asked why we were late, we just made up a fake excuse. Then he let us off the hook. Thankfully.
The rest of the day, I tried ignoring Matthew, he'd come up to me but I'd tell him to 'Fuck off' I regret ever forgiving him, he lost that forgiveness.
Me and may were in Matthew and i's room just talking about stuff. Me and her didn't talk about Matthew and I, thankfully. I hate talking about him. I hate him so much.
Matthew has detention today, so he doesn't come back till 6, it's 5 right now. Me and may are gonna head to her house before he comes. I don't feel like dealing with his bullshit right now..
"Hey, not to Darken the mood or anything but, dose you and Matthew always fight? I mean like everyday?" She asked.
I sighed. "We fight everyday, there's not one day he stops yelling. I- I hate it" I started sniffing. My tears spill. May hugged me and I sobbed on her shirt. "It's okay, Katie" she comforted. "No! no it's not!" I cried. She kept hugging me.
After awhile, we heard the door slam. Oh no! I looked at May with fear. She rolled her eyes knowing it was Matthew. I quickly got up and grabbed my bag, where I had packed my clothes.
"KATIE!!" I flinched at Matthew's voice. He's mad, ugh. I hate it when hes mad, I hate it when he yells. I thought he was supposed to stay till 6! We heard footsteps coming so we hid under the bed. Ugh stupid.
I just wanna leave this place, can't I do that? Ugh.
Matthew walked in the room and looked around, then went back downstairs. I sighed in relief. May grabbed my hand and we walked out of the room, we walked downstairs to see Matthew no where in sight. So we ran for the door.
Once we were out we took a deep breath and started running to her place...
