Lost my train of thought, huh, I got a text.
Dan
Hey, Y/N/N (your nickname) Phil went out and I'm kinda lonely, want to come over and watch a movie, yes I know it's late and I'm sorry if I woke you.
Y/N
Hey Dan, you didn't wake me, I can come over I'll be about 15 mins though.
Dan
Okay then, see you soon.
I have the cheesiest smile plastered on my face right now. I seriously need to calm down, it's not even a date, it's just friendly movie night because we're friends....... Just friends. I jump up and grab my phone and my car keys, as I run out to my car because it's raining. Yay! I'm finally here, traffic was crazy here in London. I walk into apartment building and, holy shit, I forgot..... THE STAIRS. I walk up the steps after completely forgetting how incredibly painful it is. 'Hallelujah' I whisper to myself as I reach their apartment.
Knock knock knock
I waited for about 30 seconds before Dan opens the door. "Hey, Y/N!" Dan exclaimed happily
"Hi, Dan!" I answered
"Come in" so I stepped inside. "What do you want to watch?" I go silent as I think
"Um... Y/F/M (your favourite movie) I love it soo much"
"Y/F/M it is" he grinned as he picked up the remote, I shrugged it off as I sat down and made myself comfortable, Dan sat next to me as the movie started.
Dan's POV:
I think it it might be a slight understatement to say that I have a crush on Y/N, I mean I've liked her/him ever since Uni. She/he probably won't like me back so I should forget about it.
~1 hour later~
She leant her head against my shoulder. "Tired?" I asked quietly
"A little bit" she/he replied yawning
~The next day~
We must have fallen asleep because it's suddenly morning, Y/N is lightly snoring, it's so cute. I stood up to go make breakfast, pancakes (Delia Smith of course).
Y/N's POV:
I slowly opened my eyes and then had the moment where you don't know where you are then you remember you slept at a friends house. I heard the stove on and the bubbling of a cooking pancake coming from the kitchen. It smelt soooo good. I walked into the kitchen to see Dan hovering over the stove, I went to sit on the bench and Dan looked over at me "Hey Y/N" he asked sleepily.
"Hi" I said back, Dan looked at me for about 2 more seconds before looking down.
"Uhh, Y/N, I've been meaning to tell you something for a while now" he said nervously.
"Yeah? What is it?" I asked concerned
"I-I-I've Liked you.... Since Uni, as in like more then a friend, I've been trying to work out the right way to tell you..."
"Dan, I-"
"Don't like me? Yeah I know I tried not to get my ho-" I didn't even let him finish his sentence before I pulled him into a kiss, it was the best moment in my life. Dan looked shocked and there was about 10 seconds of stares while Dan was figuring out what to say.
"Be my girlfriend/boyfriend?" I nodded before kissing him once again.........
