When Fred gained 6 toes

STORY

IN CHAPTER 10 OF THE NIGHTMARE CROWN:

"Later that night at his mansion, Fred got ready to turn in for the night. He threw off his clothing, save his underwear, so he could change it the next morning. As he sat on his bed, he thought about Antonio, and his 6-toed feet. He looked at his own feet, and wriggled his toes. "I bet I'd look amazing with 6 toes on my feet. Or with a tail sticking out of my butt. Or with a long neck, and 3 eyes, and 8 arms, and maybe also with wings and-"

And just like that, he was out like a light, lying on his bed, dreaming of gaining all the things he thought he'd be amazingly cool-looking with."

FRED'S DREAM:

Fred awoke to a very itchy feeling on his feet.

He scratched at his feet, and then, he felt a sharp, poking feeling, coming from the sides. Then, within seconds, an extra toe popped up on each foot, complete with a toenail. 

"Wow!" he exclaimed. "I've got 6 toes! On my feet! 6 toes on my feet!"

Suddenly,  he felt another very itchy feeling, then, he felt another sharp, poking feeling, this time coming from his hands. Then, within seconds, an extra finger popped up on both his hands, complete with a fingernail, in between the thumb and pointer finger.

"Oh my!" he said. "Now I've got 6 fingers! on my hands!"

When he looked at himself in the glass of his figure case, he saw something else: a third eye on his head.

"Oh wow!" he said. "Now I've got 3 eyes!"

He looked down at his 6-toed feet, and gasped. "Oh my!" he said. "My feet are shrinking!" He then saw that his neck had extended much longer. "Cool!"

He felt a sharp sudden swelling near his butt. Then the pain started. It got so bad he could not longer sit down. he saw that he'd grown a tail, just like the one on his superhero suit, above his butt.

He pulled off his underwear, and stared down at his naked mutating body.

Suddenly, he felt a pain in his sides, then 3 extra pairs of arms grew out! And they all had 6 fingers on their hands!

"Wow!" Fred said, shocked and surprised; his voice suddenly sounding a bit hoarse, as if he had a cough or something. "Why was my voice sounding odd all of a sudden?" he said, scratching his head, and ended up noticing something horrifying:

HIS HAIR WAS FALLING OUT!

He stared at his reflection in the glass of his figure case and nearly let out a loud scream that would wake up Heathcliff and/or Professor Callaghan.

He saw that his hair had completely fallen out, leaving him bald. 

he saw bright blue splotches in the color of his superhero suit appeared on his body and rapidly spread, all over his body, and the orangey bits appeared on his shoulders, his privates, his back, and over his long neck. 

his teeth had turned into fangs, and his nose had morphed into a pig's snout. 

and he could also see big dragon wings growing on his back. 

Fred felt hideous warts grow over his hideous body. "What-whh-what's HAPPENING TO MEEEEEEARRRK!!!!"

Then there was silence. Fred tried to speak, but what came out was "NYARGLEBARGLE!"

Fred was now a hideous ugly mutant! And he was unable to wear clothing; not that he needed it now, anyway. 

Thankfully, it's just a dream, so he is normal again when he wakes up.
