"Dean, I..."
Castiel couldn't finish his sentence without being interrupted by Dean.
"Cas is it true?"
"I am afraid so..." Castiel said with a glimmer of hope that Dean would say something back.
"Why are you afraid? You just killed two of your brothers and you are afraid that you are in love with me?! You should NEVER be afraid because I will always be here for you..."
"Are you saying..." Cas said with love in his heart and fear in his eyes of what Dean would say next
"You like me back..?" Cas exclaimed, his face bright red.
"I don't like you," Dean said and when he saw that Cas looked like he wanted to throw up, after professing his love he quickly added "I love you, Cas! Since day one! And you suck at hiding feelings I've known since like a year ago!"
"Then why didn't you say anything sooner!? We could have been together a long time ago!"
"No we couldn't have,"
"Well why no-"
"Because of Sam! He can't find out! If he does I think our work will be messed up and a little... Don't you think?
"I mean maybe but this isn't the first time you've ever had a lover on the job, I mean you do remember Angela, correct?"
"Yeah, and we had to get rid of her memory of me that worked out swell!"
"Too soon..."
"A little!"
"I'm sorry, Dean I just want this to work!"
"I don't know if I'm ready..."
"Well when you are, pray for me, okay?"
As Cas starts to walk away Dean grabs Cas's shoulder and pulls him in for a kiss.
"I am ready." Dean says with a huge smile across his face.
"I'm glad," Cas says as he goes in for the next kiss.

I hope that changing this to more of a Destiel related story is better than just a one chapter Metareel fic...!
