A now much older boy is blindfolded, holding the shoulder of the person in front of him. A door creaks as they follow on through, pushed from the back in a hurried manner.
Inside the room lies forty chairs in rows, all pristine and gleaming white. The smell of burnt fried bread and sausages drifts into the boy's nostrils. What's going on?
The blindfolds are removed and a familiar voice speaks. "Go and grab some food then sit in the chairs once you have eaten. This will be your last meal. Say farewell to your classmates before positioning the blade at an angle beside your neck. Connect it to the brace. A remote device will be used to remove your head."
The boys suddenly fall silent. There are no words to say. There is nothing they can do. Why did I agree to this? The enforced iron door is locked from the outside and each child takes a breath of foul air. All the air is foul, there is death in this room. And after the boys, it is the girls' turn. But there is one vital difference.
They are all heavily pregnant.
