Chapter 3: The sleepover

Dani's POV:

Not much happened in the past week except for our first day which was the best day ever! we actually met R5! Tessa and I never thought that we'd go to the same school as R5, we thought the first time we'd ever meet them would be at a concert, and that too, if we were lucky enough!

"Hey Tessa, should we go beg dad if we can go sleepover at Rydel's today?" i said still not believeing i would ever say that!

" oh my goodness! i completely forgot, and its on friday... which is today?!" she panicked, " what if they dont like me and only invited me, because they wanted you to come?" Tessa said nervously. I put my hands on her shoulder and said, " Tessa stop worrying! They would never think like that! your to amazing to not love! so stop it, ok?" I smiled,

" Y-your right, thank you Dani" she smiled a little. Sometimes i wish i could help her become more confident, but its harder than it looks, she was bullied when she was younger and that made her so insecure but then i came in and became her best friend, i stood up to those bullies, and from then onwards Tessa had really improved! which im really happy about, and i know someday, she'll be able to stick up for herself and not need my help, i smile at the thought.

" Come on lets go talk to dad" i said and walked as she followed me.

" hey dad...!" Tessa smiled more postive and cheerfull than usual, " how are you doing today?" she smiled even wider, the great thing about Tessa is, that she is a pretty good actress, but not when it comes to dad!

"what do you want" he smirked, laughing a little,

"cant a loving daughter, ask her dad about his well being?" she asked innocently,

"what?" he laughed, " just tell me already, im just dying to know!" he said pretending to act like a fangirl, like me. I glared at him in a joking way,

"well Tessa and I were wondering if we could....." i said leaving Tessa to finish of my sentence,

" If we could go and have a sleepover at our new friend Rydel's house, whos also in our most favourite band?" Tessa said really fast.

He laughed " of course! why did it take you so long to tell me?" he chuckled.

" well we know your needing help with the house, and you wanted us to help you, but since we'll be going over at Rydel's house" Tessa secretly fangirled in her head, " we cant help this weekend" she finished.

"oh dont worry, girls! you can help me as soon as you come back!" he said smiling, we both rushed and hugged him tightly,

" thank you thank you thank you" we both sing-songed. I grabbed Tessa's hand and rushed her upstairs and we packed some clothes, we only had half an hour left so we watched some TV , and left 5 mintues early so we could quickly, touch up our make up again, well.. so i could touch up my make up, Tessa didn't want to son i did it for her.

" Dani i dont want to redo my make up!" she whined, " oh just 1 more minute!" I laughed, i finished her up, and we drove to their house which is so close to us, that we probably didn't even need to drive!

"Im so excited!" Tessa squealed, shes such a child, i giggled.

" I KNOW RIGHT" i exclaimed.
