The overwhelming smells of warm paperbacks
Alphabetized by author
Graphic novels overflowing from shelves
Comics barely read except for a lone boy in the corner
Children's books that haven't been seldom touched in weeks
And the college students with an energy drink DETERMINED to find their book from class
and check it out all year
Movies most people wouldn't even want to see
CDs no one has ever listened to
Kids playing games on the computers while their parents BEG them to get an "ACTUAL" book
No one bothers me there
No one asks questions or tries to act like they're better
Because there we are linked
We are nerds at the library
