Three Challenges...And?

This chapter takes place from April 14 2006 4:10pm-11:59pm

Lunick, Solana, Aria made their way back to the Ringtown Ranger Base.
Spenser: Welcome back what happened
Lunick proceeded to explain about the grumpy old man
Spenser: That is true but think about how scared he must have been and you performed admirably among the circumstances. So Lunick I promote you to Rank 7.
Lunick smiled and high fived Solana
Spenser: Lunick at Rank 7 you are eligible to ride the Dragonite Bus.
Lunick: So can I ride it.
Spenser: Yes in fact all of you can ride it because, Aria you are to wait for your mission results in Summerland. Lunick Solana, Cameron has a gift for you
Lunick's ears perked up
Lunick: A gift
Solana: Don't get to excited
Spenser: Very true Cameron's gifts can be very um... eccentric
Lunick: Oh
Spenser: But you three might as well go to Summerland after all Solana, Nate's been requesting you
Aria and Lunick's faces went bitter
Spenser: Lunick just has to capture the Dragonite

The Dragonite in question was actually not very hard to capture. Lunick, Solana, Aria went on the Dragonite and went off to Summerland

The Dragonite dropped Lunick, Solana, and Aria off at the Summerland Ranger Base. Upon walking in Lunick was trampled by a bear hug
Gilda: So good to see you again Lunick
Lunick: Good to see you to
Gilda kissed Lunick on the check
Gilda: So making headway with Solana
Lunick: Decently but I blew an opportunity
Gilda: Oh boy, what happened.
Lunick told Gilda about the time Solana asked him if he had a crush on anyone.
Gilda: Seriously
Lunick: Yeah
Gilda: I get it's hard but you don't have forever
Lunick: Yeah so Barry or JJ
Gilda: Neither but the've been bugging me a lot agreeing with whatever I say.
Lunick sarcasticly said
Lunick: That must be annoying
Gilda: Shut up, so heard you beat a Go Rock Quad
Lunick: Yeah apparently they use their instruments as Super Stylers
Gilda: Yeah I heard
Lunick looked at Gilda; she had changed. Her hair was lighter and tied in a ponytail (although it was still frizzy). She had a slight tan and her eyes looked lighter. She smelled like orchids.

Gilda: Hey you Ok
Lunick: Yeah sorry
The two stood there for a few seconds before Lunick asked
Lunick: What's up with Nate
Gilda went sour.
Gilda: Same as ever
Lunick: Oh
As if on cue Nate and Solana walked out hand in hand. Nate was more muscular especially in the chest and it looked like he went up a uniform size. His tan made his skin look bronze
Nate: Hello Gilda... Lunick
Lunick stiffly replied
Lunick: Hey
Nate laughed deeply and quietly, the same as ever
Nate: So Solana should we finish what we started two days ago
Solana smiled nervously
Solana: Maybe later
The two left

Lunick: He's still talking about the ruined kiss
Gilda: Yes non-stop
Lunick: Ok
Gilda: So why are you hear anyway
Lunick: Cameron wants to give me a gift
Gilda: Well then let's not keep him waiting

When Lunick and Gilda entered the Summerland Ranger Base, Barry, JJ, Nate, Solana, Percy, and some girl were already eating fried eggs. Lunick sat down and tried some and his face lit up.
Gilda: Summerland makes really good eggs.
Lunick: I can tell
Cameron walked downstairs.
Cameron: Ah perfect weather for once now Lunick your gift
Cameron walked into a storage closet and pulled out a giant spherical hunk of rusted metal.
Lunick: What
Cameron: is it, why this is a submersible seats five and a few Pokemon although it isn't working i thought you'd like it
Lunick: How thoughtful
Solana: Spenser wasn't kidding
Cameron: Anyway that's not all I thought you guys would like to hear a story.

The eight Rangers listened
Cameron: So at the top of the Olive Jungle there is said to be a Jungle Relic.
Solana: We saw that on the Politoed mission
Nate: That mission was my favorite
Nate winked at Solana
Gilda: Shush I'm trying to listen
Cameron: Ok so there's supposed to be a secret switch somewhere in there that leads to the four challenges.
Lunick: Four challenges
Cameron: For only the best of Rangers
Nate smiled showing his white teeth and, Barry and JJ glared at each other.
Cameron: Spenser and Joel tried to clear the challenge at your age. They were exceptional Rangers
Cameron had a deep off look as if remembering something. Then that look began stern.
Cameron: However do not clear the fourth challenge or bad things will happen
Solana: How will we know which one's the fourth
Cameron: Spenser and Joel marked it clearly
Lunick: Wait so they cleared the fourth challenge
Cameron: Yes and they fixed everything after that they went back and marked it
Gilda: So what happens if you clear it
Cameron: I don't want to talk about it
Solana: But...
Cameron snapped and his chill attitude disappeared
Cameron: But nothing just do the three challenges and come back
