You ever heard the saying,

'There's a skeleton in my closet?'

Well, I have one of those.

Its been in there for nine years,

Stalking me as I go.

The skeleton in my closet,

Does not leave me alone.

Day and night he follows me,

Taunting me as I go.

Some days my eyes are bone dry,

Other days I sit and cry.

The skeleton in my closet,

You'd think he'd bugger off.

I thought all was forgiven,

Obviously I was wrong.

Waiting for peace seems forever to come.

I guess I'll be waiting,

Until my time is done.
