chapter 1: Making a new friend

For the cast I'll make a chapter at the end of the story but for now you can imagine it whoever u want.

It was another lazy ass day. I woke up brushed my teeth and went downstairs for dinner. "Hey darling." my mom said. "Hey Mom." I sat on the table and started eating my pancakes. Hmm let me tell u it's delicious!!!
I had to go to school so I took my bag and was about to go "You did not just forget your brother did you?" my mom asked clearly annoyed. "Maybe."

I went up and woke my brother. God he's always sleepy. "Wake up lazy ass"I said shaking him, "leave me Alooone" He said in a muffled voice. I had an idea , it basically works every morning. I brought a cup of water and splashed it across his head. "AHHHH MY HAIR" Yup that's what he cares about , his hair. "Come on we're late for school" I said. He looked at the clock which indicated 6:45 "Oh shit." He dressed in 5 minutes and went down where I was waiting for him, we then drove to school in silence.

I went to my locker to get my books and when I opened it ketchup  splashed all over me "Ah fuck here we go again" yup I got bullied a lot. Especially from Mike , the most popular kid in school anddd he's my brother's best friend. He honestly scares me to death so I can't tell my brother at all or else he will beat my ass off, not that he doesn't already do it. "Oh look the nerd can curse!" He and his gang burst out laughing. Yup, way to start the day, after they left I got some new clothes from my locker , changed and got to my first class English. Well here's my life.

I'm bethany Gerald and yes I'm a nerd. My brother is Mike's best friend though Mike obviously never bullies me infront of my brother. The class started and after 10 minutes, a boy enters not just any boy but the most handsome boy I've ever seen, although half of the school has handsome boys I had a feeling this boy was different, his eyes hide another world.

"Mr brown your late for your first lecture" The English teacher said. That's when it hit me, he's new but still handsome, shut up brain!! "Yeah whatever" He replied shrugging his shoulders, Pretty much the teacher was boiling by now "DETENTION." She roared and the class bursted out in giggles, seriously? Nothing much was really interesting.
Lunch came and i sat on my every day table , alone. "Hey sis , come sit with us."
Alex, my brother said while pointing at the most famous table which also had Mike."Nahh I'm fine." I never liked attention and I still don't "Okay."

He walked there but what catched my eye is the new boy sitting there. We made eye contact for seconds then he looked away. Stupid me what am I thinking. I really have to stop thinking or looking at him but he's hot. SHUT UP BRAIN!!! I completed my sandwich and walked to my other classes. Nothing happened the whole day except me exchanging glances of Jack. I heard that's his name and he's becoming pretty popular although he's been here only one day. Probably because of the girls gossip on how hot he is, not that I can blame them though.

I came back home with my brother and mom was home "Mom you said your gonna come late from work."
"Well I decided against that." I nodded and went up to my room and started studying. I did mike's assignments or else he would beat me to a plump. When I was done, it was 5 pm. I went to my favourite spot that I found years ago.

It is an amazing area. I would always come here when I think deeply and when I looked at the sky there were stars in a heart shape, I always thought it was cute to a have a boyfriend but never have anyone asked me out or talked to me. It's like I'm just that girl that always gets bullied and never opens her mouth, I wish life was easier.

By the time I had a nap it was 6:30pm so I went back home. I do this literally every day , my mom doesn't mind too. I went to my room and then heard the door bell ring. "Alex, Beth come meet our new neighbors." mom said, hmm I wonder who they are. I went and saw a women and a girl standing at the door. "Hi I'm bethany but call me Beth, Nice to meet you" I shook hand with the women and the girl. "Hey I'm kira and this is my mom Kourtney, nice to meet you too." The brunnet girl said. My brother came and shook hands but I saw a hint of blush. Hmmm this boy is already whipped."Beth take Kira with you upstairs." My mom ordered.
"Come with me." I lead kara to my room and we sat on my bed. There was an uncomfortable silence but I decided to break it "Let's play 20 questions". "Okay" She said, her eyes sparkling.
