The sound of kunai knives hitting and bouncing off off each other echoed throughout the room.

"Why did you and your clan members leave us like that? How could you?!", Sakura shouted as she repelled my dancing blades. Sitri fired a couple arrows at her and one struck her arm. She yelled in pain. Sasori was firing needles covered in poison at the old hag, which she was managing to repel. Damn, for an old lady she was good. But then again, she was related to Master Sasori, I could expect no less from the puppeteer bloodline.

"If you don't already know, then it's not worth telling you, flatty!" I yelled and laughed chaotically, I was trying to distract her with my attacks, so the Demon hovering behind us could hit her from a blind spot.

"Sakura, use the strength inherited from the slug princess to smash Hiruko, the puppet Sasori is hiding in!", She said and took out a scroll scroll from her cape looking thing.

"Wait, so that isn't Sasori?", She said, as she pulled out a syringe and stabbed herself with it. I looked at Sasori, and he didn't look very impressed. Sakura ran up to him and attempted to strike the red mask on his back. Luckily Sitri acted fast enough and pierced her leg with one of his arrows, she fell down and as I was about to rush to stab her with my blade, chakra threads sprouted from her legs and arms, she then jumped up and stood next to the two new puppets which have appeared on the battle field.

"I didn't think I would have needed to use those two, but they might be the only ones who will manage to defeat you", she said and directed the pair at me, then used Sakura to strike once more. I managed to defend myself with the help of my Demon, but before I could get to the pink haired brat, she managed to smash Hiruko. Sasori can't dodge in that form, because it's pretty slow. I yelled and ran up to him, then helped him out from under the wooden boards and splinters.

"You're dead.", I said with great passion in my voice, I haven't felt so angry since my clan disbanded.

"Now now ___, you don't want to be too careless and end up like Deidara, do you?", I heard his soft but emotionless voice, then let go of his arm. He looked at the shocked expressions of the women we fought.

"Shut up Sasori, he wouldn't have ended up like that if you were there to help!", I yelled and created a series of hand signs, which ended with a tiger sign. He smirked and took out a scroll from his cape. The markings on my skin started to burn, leaving scorch marks on top of them. Sitri flew next to me at the same time as Sasori's third Kazekage puppet appeared behind us.

"Fire style: Scorching winged screech!" I yelled as smaller versions of Sitris griffin wings erupted through my Akatsuki cloak and brought me into the air. We paired up and flapped our wings over and over, creating waves of flames which made their way to the old hag and her puppets. This was only a distraction though, back on the ground, Sasori moved his fingers which connected him and the puppet. Huge spikes of metal particles were created in mid air and directed themselves at our opponents. The wings disappeared and I jumped back onto the ground. The spikes managed to break the woman's puppets and just as they were about to hit the two, they dodged and retreated.

Thank god. After keeping up the summoning for such a long time, I doubt that I could be performing more synchronized jutsus. Sitri departed to the Demon realm and I fell onto the floor beside Sasori. My skin was burning. The demon control was a powerful thing, but sadly really painful to use. Not only your mind gets corrupted, but also justu casting harmed the body of the caster. It was a major flaw of the technique.

"They.. were only keeping us away... from Deidara..", I gasped for air as I spoke. Sasori turned around to face me and walked into the hallway. Couple minutes later he returned and chucked me my jar of pills. Oh yeah, it was time to take my medicine. I swallowed two and got up off the floor. The burn marks on my body hurt like hell fire, but we needed to support Deidara in his battle against the Jinchuriki.
