It was the first day back from summer break, usually the student wouldn't be excited however Clarke Griffin she couldn't wait to see her friends Octavia and Raven. It's not like she didn't see them during the break she did, but really she just wanted to see one person, Lexa Wood her ex best friend, the girl that completely shut her out and broke her heart with out a good explanation. They haven't spoken to each other from year 8 that's when things changed between them. Lexa became more distant they hardy hung out other then when their family would have dinner together every Friday, but that hasn't happen for years the parents finally got the hint of them no longer being friends so the one thing that held them together stopped.
And the both went on with their life without each other.

Clarke had woke up early then her alarm just to make sure she wasn't late for the first day back, she jumped into the shower, brush her teeth and headed down stairs where she knew her mother would be. She enters the kitchen with 15 before having to leave for school so that gave her time to eat her food without any rush as she only lived down the road from school.
She saw her mum cooking up some pancakes which where her favourite. "Morning sweetie how did you sleep" her mother asked in a loving voice, her mother was a doctor at the local hospital and wasn't really around during the nights as she did a lot of over time at work. However Clarke father Jake was mostly around when her mother wasn't so she was never alone in the big house.
"Quite well, I was wondering can Octavia and Raven stay this weekend we haven't had a girl night in a long time ?" Clarke asked with the biggest smile on her face, she knew her mother wouldn't say no to her she couldn't not with that smile but also because O and Raven where like her own children.
"Of course but they won't be able to stay the next morning I'm trying to plan something that I think will do us all good "her mother says with a sad smile on her face. Clarke doesn't have time for questioning her because she has to leave for school. She kisses goodbye to her mother and head off to school wondering what her mother had planned.

Clarke arrives at school and she gets a text from the groups chat with O and Raven on saying that they would be there in a couple of minutes and to just wait outside the building until they arrived. Clarke types a quick okay when she hear motorbikes coming up in the school gates, as each of them takes their helmets of she only looking for one person but frowns when she does she her. The next thing Clarke knew she was being tapped on the should and when she turn she sees her two best friend smiling at her.
"Hey checking out the hot badass of the school?"Raven ask with a slight smirk O and Clarke roll their eye and drag Raven into the school building. Once inside the bell goes signalling for them to get moving to classes, the separate Raven going to physics while O goes to Pe and Clarke goes to history, usually Clarke would be excited because this is the only lesson she has with Lexa but since Lexa didn't bother showing up it would be just like any other class filled with a bunch of idiotic teenagers.
Half way through the lesson there's a knock at the door then suddenly a Brunette stumbles through the door. "Your late Mrs Woods" the teacher snarls everyone knew he didn't like Lexa but she liked to wind him up." Glad I'm not the one who isn't blind, trust you to spot to obvious" Lexa replied looking quite please with her answer. "Your on VERY thin ice do you understand" the teacher was getting angry emphasising on certain words. Lexa just rolled her eyes and headed to her seat, which was two seats along from Clarke. As the brunette walk passed Clarke to head right toward her seat Clarke could feel eyes on her but she didn't look up she just stares at he paper until she saw from the corner of her eye that Lexa was sitting in her seat . During the lesson Clarke kept slide glancing at Lexa she saw the bags under her eyes, the scars on her inner elbow that no one else saw or chose not the see because Lexa well she was cool and everybody wanted to be her friend and of course people talked about how many girls Lexa had been with or what drugs she took at what party but no matter what Clarke heard she wouldn't believe it until she heard it from Lexa mouth even if she could see the scars, she just didn't want to believe that her once innocent,sweet best friend had turn out to be everything she wasn't meant to be.
As soon as the bell rang the blonde was up out of her seat and heading to her lockers when she saw Finn standing there waiting for her she smile as she approached him and he smiled back pulling her into a quick kiss, when Clarke pulled back she saw Lexa looking at them like she didn't care that she had just be court by the blonde. "Hey are you okay " Finn asked looking at her with concern
"Clarke"
"Clarke"
Finn asked shaking her shoulders gently
"Huh oh yeah I just feel a bit sick I'm gonna head to the bathroom meet me in the cafeteria?" Clarke replied kissed him on the check she left before he could answer.
Once she was in the bathroom she took deep breathes and counted in her head. The door to the bathroom open and the blonde was so caught up in her breathing that she didn't notice the figure of a slim girl.
"I can see that you took him back then" said
the girl
Clarke jumped at the sound of the girl voice and when she turned to face her all she could see where green the colour she loved most at one point but now hated.
"I don't think that's any of your Business what I choose to do or who I chose to forgive"Clarke said not letting her voice show how she was really feeling. Heart broken.
"he will do it again you know he not gonna wait until you ready" Lexa said trying to be sensor.
Clarke just laughed at the words that came out of her mouth " who said im not ready Lexa who said I haven't done it already with him ? ..... huh you because you don't know who I am anymore people change you clearly did" Clarke saw hurt in Lexa eyes for a second but was coves up by her normal stone cold face.
"Please tell me you didn't ..... That you didn't give the one thing he wanted just so he wouldn't cheat" Clarke looked down at her feet and then back up at Lexa who was shaking her head "I'm not a child anymore... I made my own choice and you have no say in what I do with MY BOYFRIEND."
"BUT HES CHEATER CLARKE HE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOU HE ONLY WANT SEX HOW CANT YOU SEE THAT ..... He's gonna break your heart again" the last part whispered unlike the rest that was shouted Clarke looks at Lexa and try to stop the tear from running down her face because she know that it true but she will NEVER admit that especially not to Lexa."says you how many girls have you slept with huh?
Hundreds and you probably broke their heart was you no longer replied because you got the one thing you where after and you know what STOP judging Finn because from where I stand your exactly like him because you broke my heart to Lexa so you and him are no different" with that Clarke wipes her tears she didn't know had fallen and left a stunned Lexa shocked in the bathroom with the word of Clarke running throw her mind
"You broke my heart to Lexa".
