Lori slipped on her boots and ran to her bike and hopped on. She pedaled as hard as she could, Peaches not far behind. She remembered the street that Megan lived on, and turned on that street. She jumped off her bike in the middle of her lawn. She raced to Megan's bedroom window and knocked as loud as he could, because Megan was a deep sleeper. Megan woke up, surprised to see Lori at her window. She looked at Lori with Peaches at her feet. She looked at Lori in the face with a wondering look.
"Oreo's bin horse-napped!" Lori blurted out. "What?" Megan said in a tired voice. "Come on! Slip on shoes and get your bike!" Lori said very fast. Megan didn't waist another second. She slipped on her boots and got on her bike and followed Lori back to her house with Peaches leading the way. When they got to the house and literally jumped off their bikes and ran to the pasture. Lori ran to the tack room and got two flashlights. She thew one to Megan to search for clues. And Peaches was sniffing around.
"Look over here! Oreo wrote something in the dirt." Megan called Lori over. "She wrote, 'Say these words and you shall go to a place that will help you find me." Lori said the words "Enchantia, Enchantia, please let me come to you! Enchantia, Enchantia oh please let me come to you!"Nothing happened. "I think we need to say it at the same time."Megan said. "OK. Lets try it." Lori said.
Together they said."Enchantia, Enchantia, please let me come to you! Enchantia, Enchantia, oh please let me come to you!" They said. "Nothing is happening." Megan said. "Don't speak to soon! Look!" Lori pointed. Megan looked to where she was pointing. There was a big bright purple thing coming right towards them, and stopped right in front of them. "What do we do?" asked Megan. "Go into it" Lori said shooing Peaches away. "It's a portal to Enchantia. See the words in the chant? Peaches, stay." Lori said "Come on 1..2..3.!" Lori said excitedly. The girls jumped threw the portal, Peaches, the naughty little dog she is, went with them.
