A New Start (Zane x reader)

Chapter 1: New Day

( y/n POV )
Ugh.. Great, moving into a new town is a hassle.. new friends, new house, NEW EVERYTHING. Blah. I start walking the first steps into my house, looks a bit modern.

" Sweetie, you can pick your room Now.~" Tammy stated

"Wah? oh yeah, sure." You said. I start walking up to the stairs Turning to the left to a small room.. I thought it was gonna be bigger but I guess. "Hmm.." I think to myself, would the people think I'm a bit... weird. I don't know I'm a junior, they aren't that bad..

(Btw Zane is a sophomore and you're a junior, so you joined later lol)

" I can really care less about it though.." I said to myself. Then John opened the door and said, "So, do you like it?" With a smile on his face. Hah.

"It's okay, but why did we have to move?" I asked. " *sighs* I told you before, I got a new job here and Tammy looking for a job here too." John explained. "Don't you want that gaming console or whatever it's called?" He Questioned me. "Ugh no and, you're pretty old if you don't even know what it's called, hah." I quietly laughed.

"I'm not that old, only 34!!" He said, "anyways come to the table, Tammy cooked Chicken and rice! Yum!".

"Already have the table up?" I asked "we Just got here like.. 10 minutes haha". "Well, do you think we are gonna eat on the floor?" John asked.

"Uhh I guess not okay I'll be there.." I said.

"Great cya!!!" John said as he closed the door. I started putting my posters up and I'll never forget you, Teddy! I had him since I was a little kid, little me was so wild.. But oh whale. poor him, Teddy left ear was cut off, screw you Professor Greene!! "Well I should go eat.." I said. I place Teddy on the mattress and run down stairs.

( Ten Minutes Later )

I put my Cover and blankets all neat on the bed. Looks purr~tty! Soon enough my room was almost complete! just need a carpet, looks sooo blank on the wooden floor.. I'll just buy one later. I look at myself into the mirror, "This is a new start y/n" i said to myself "everything will be okay, Just be yourself. That works, right?".

I Change into my pajamas and stretch to be comfortable. ( that's what I do lol) just doing my night routine, saying goodnight to Tammy and John. All that stuff, I grab my teddy and head to bed cuddling with and turn off the lamp on the side of the bed. Soon to be sleeping off to sleep land, zzzz.
