Chapter eighteen

* elvin pov *

Our lifes is going to change soon , especially after the child is born . I am so excited for that day to come ! Tho en would get those morning sickness and stuff every morning .
I went to by food while en was sleeping , i went to buy chicken rice for her cause why not . After that i head home , and she was still sleeping . I walked in to our room quietly , hoping not to wake her up . But as i open the door i sae her eyes fluttering open .
" Hello babe , i bought dinner already . " I said walking to her bedside
" What did you buy ? "
" Your favorite , since you were craving for it just now " i say
" Thanks babe " she said , kissing me . I smiled back at her , " let's go eat now okay ? " I said , she nodded .

* The next day _ ruien pov *

I woke up feeling terrible . I immediately ran to the toilet to puke . " You okay babe " elvin asked . " Yes i am fine . Just that i have to deal with morning sickness almost everyday " i said , pouting . " Awh , i will go make breakfast for you okay ? What do u want " elvin asked . I shrugged " anything ". " Okay i will see what is in the fridge first " he replies, kissing me. I smile at him as he went downstairs. I decided to just laze around in the room for a little since I didn't feel like going down yet. I feel like crap recently because of all the morning sickness and stuff, but I guess at the end of the day, its going to be worth it. Right? No work today, but I have to go to work tomorrow. Hopefully the symptoms won't be as bad but who knows. "Babe! Breakfast in bed or do you wanna come down." He yells from downstairs. "Bring it up! I don't feel like moving." I shout back. "Sure!" Elvin yells again. "How are you going to work tomorrow when you don't even feel like moving around in your own house?" He teases me. "Hey...how could you? I feel really terrible okay?" I roll my eyes at him. "I'm kidding." He says. "It isn't funny though, too bad." I smack him. He rolls his eyes back at me. I ignored him and continued eating my food. "Anyway, did you know your ex freaking joined MediaCorp?" I casually asked. "I know. But I don't care." He said. "And, she's part of the cast of the filming we're having tomorrow do you know? The crew replaced the previous actress with her, I don't know why." I added. "No. And just to let you know, she's very very annoying." He rolls his eyes while saying, "Things can't be so coincidental my god." "Who asked Singapore to be such a small country." I say. "I know right. But better still if she has changed for the better though. We shall see." He said to me. "How did you know I wanted to eat pancakes though?" I arched an eyebrow at him. "Oh really? Looks like I can read your mind." He arched his eyebrow in return. "More like I told you yesterday morning." I laugh. "Okay okay, you win." He smacks me. "Help me wash the plate." I pouted. "Yes ma'am." I 'saluted' and went to wash the plate. "Thank you babe." After he finished washing my plate , he came up and we have a casual talk before filming starts tomorrow.
