Four POV

I wake up to screaming.

What the...?

I hear it again and immediately realize it's coming from Tris's house.

TRIS!

I jump out of bed and open up my window. Tris and I are neighbors so I just climb across a tree and climb through her window which is already open....

Weird.

What I see In front of me sends makes me shake with anger.

Eric. 

Standing over Tris who is passed out. I see him about to take off his pants and realize what he's about to do...

What a sick Perv he is.

Adrenaline courses through my veins and I lunge at it. My fist collides with his jaw and he grunts. He comes at me with a fist and I grab it, twist his hand, and throw him over my shoulder. He tries to get up but doesn't get far. I bring my foot down on his head. He's out.

I walk over to Tris and see she has duct tape covering her mouth. Oh boy, this is gonna hurt.

I rip it off and she jolts awake with a shriek.  She looks at me in confusion, fear, and finally relief. Her eyes scan the room until they find Eric lying on the ground. She tenses up.

" It's ok, he won't hurt you anymore " she looks up at me

" Thank you "

In just those 2 words I can feel waves of emotion and gratitude directed towards me. I get the sudden urge to kiss her... So I do.

Our lips collide and I feel fireworks going off. This feels amazing, it's just so... Right. I pull away and immediately miss her touch.

She just stares at me " Why did you do that?" I feel a wave of disappointment go through me. Did she not feel the fireworks? Maybe she doesn't have the same feelings for me.

" What do you mean?"

" I mean was that a pity kiss?"

I can't believe It! She doesn't think I actually meant it.

" No! Of course not! Tris! I-I love you.." I whisper the last part but she heard me.

" Do you mean that? That you love me?"

" of course I mean it Tris. I liked you the moment I laid eyes on you "

She looks at me in disbelief " why? Why would anyone like me, especially you! I'm ugly, weak-"

I can't believe what I'm hearing so I cut her off " How can you say that! I love everything about you! Your beautiful, strong, smart, brave, and selfless "

She just sits there for a moment. Then she does something I had only dreamed about. She leans in, and kisses me. I feel those same fireworks go off again. She mumbles into my lips

" I love you too "

In just those 4 words I feel thousands of fireworks go off in my head. She actually likes me back! I can't believe it.

" Tris, Will you be my girlfriend?"

She looks up at me and I see nothing but happiness.

" Of course!"

Tris POV

I can't believe it! First he rescues me from Eric, then he asks me out! If I didn't know any better I'd say this was a dream!

We snuggle on my bed for a while until he has to leave. I drift off to sleep thinking about Four.

Hey dudes so I had to cut this chapter short because I want to start a new chapter for a new day. Also in this story Four doesn't get beaten by Marcus. Oh and Fourtris happened ( ok seriously who came up with that ship name! It's not even clever... It should be something like Tribious
Tris + Tobious Or heck just call them 10!!!)
