When i got to the hospital i ran to where his family was. I was already crying.
"please no." i cried
"hes in there." his mom said
"hes been calling for you in his sleep." dereks dad said
"is he... okay" i asked
"he was in a car accident apperantly a trunk driver got distracted and drove into the other lane. The driver died. Derek wont make it threw the night the doctor already told us..." ms devin said before she started to cry and sat down
"is he awake?" i asked
"from time to time hes in pain." his dad said
"can i see him?" i asked
"yes of course go ahead." he said
I walked away and headed to the room i knocked and went in. Derek looked tertible not physically but he looked in so much pain.
I started to cry. "no derek please." i said
"rose? Is that you?" he mumured
"yes derek its me please stay with me." i said holding his hand.
"i love you rose." he said
"i love you too i love you too." i said to him
"im sorry." he said
"dont be okay im here with you now." i said
"yes please." he said
"i swear." i said crying
I just watched him and holded him hand.
"rose?" he asked
"yes derek" i answered
"be happy for me." he said
"derek please no." i said one again. I was already 18 years old. We would be graduating in a month or less.
"derek?" i asked
"yes." he answered.
"im glad you stayed over a year ago." i said remembering
"i am too." he said and tried to smile
"thank you" i said when he holded my hand.
Its a sad chapter but the next one will be sadder...
