Maggie's POV-
We walked up to the gates of this new place called Alexandria. I couldn't wait to get inside, it had been a rough couple of weeks. First we all got separated at the prison, then we found each other again, but it wasn't all happy happy. We were stuck in a boxcar with insane cannibals trying to pick us off one by one for their next meal. Then once we got out, it still wasn't great, I lost my sister. I was just happy to see a community like this. It almost seemed too good to be true, but I was willing to give it a chance. I looked over at Carl as he stared out into the middle of nowhere, and that's when I noticed what he was looking at.
Carl's POV-
"You see something over there?" Maggie asked as she smiled. "Yeah, maybe...It's none of your business." I said as I continued to stare at the girl in the house. "Everything ship related involves me, it's my specialty." Maggie said. I turned and looked at her and said "Well it just so happens I don't need a specialist to get all up in my shit." I said laughing a little. "Come on! Your 15, you've never been around a girl your age. Face it, you don't know anything at all about girls." Maggie said rolling her eyes. "I didn't even say I liked her, Maggie." I said as I looked back over at the house. The cute girl was gone. "Seriously?" I mumbled to myself as I tried to find her again. "Seriously?" Maggie said imitating me. "We're heading inside, you coming?" She said smiling. "Yeah. I'm coming." I said smiling as Maggie and I walked inside.
Enid's POV-
Was that boy looking at me? Really, me? I hope he wasn't. I really like Ron, I think he likes me too. I just don't want to cause any drama. And with this new boy being kinda cute, it's not going to help. I walked into the woods and looked down at the ground and smiled. I mean, if he was looking at me, it wouldn't be all bad. The only thing about Ron is that he doesn't like out here. The woods are my favorite thing about this place. It's my chance to get away from all these people who don't understand what it's like out there. Nobody understands when I tell them how my parents died, it's almost like they don't care, so I don't bother telling anyone anymore. I wish there was someone out there who would understand me. Who would get what I'm talking about.
Maggie's POV-
"Are you gonna tell me anything?" I said as I bugged Carl. "There's nothing to tell. I don't even know her. Stop asking." He said looking down. He was really getting on my nerves. I already ship this, I know that might sound crazy and all, but I do! "So your gonna be like that, huh?" I said to him as I pushed him a little. "So what...I wouldn't even know what to say to her if I got the chance to talk to her." Carl said. "You tell that you saw her in that house yesterday, and then you ask her what she was doing. It's easy!" I said smiling as I quietly planned out how my ship was going to go. "...Nah, wouldn't that be a little weird." Carl said. "Oh yeah it would be! Silly me! You need to also ask her what her name is!" I said. I really need to know what her name was, I needed to make a ship name, and fast.
