IMPROBABLITY

To write nothing is to leave blank a portion of the page. To see nothing is to leave empty one small portion of the space before you.

We sometimes mistake something for nothing and think that there is nothing to do or nothing to see by way of experience.

But the very act of doing nothing implies action, no matter how passive or subtle the non-action appears to be. Hence to do nothing about something is impossible. To see nothing is also impossible. We would in fact see "some thing" no matter how insignificant a part it plays in our sensory lives.

Perhaps it is its importance in relation to ourselves by which we determine its qualities of somethingness or nothingness. The more varied or forceful the phenomena are, the easier it will be for us to think of it in terms of something we know. Hence it becomes meaningful, yet commonplace as we interact with the phenomena in our daily lives.

However when we experience something for which science has not yet given us the answer and we can find no logical or illogical explanation for the phenomena, we will its existence into being by a process of selective categorization.

Perhaps we do not understand this newly discovered phenomena but at least we can refer to it by name. i.e.: strange, bizarre, mystical. When the phenomena transcends our present mental and technological comprehension, we can only relate to it in terms of the mind or the psyche and most would rather leave all that to the "professionals."

So the professionals determine what that phenomena God, has become in this, the modern age of man. They relate to it in terms of being, yet no one really understands. The mystics relate to it in terms of non-being and still there is confusion.

It will not be understood until the layman has denied the existence of God and denied the non-existence of God that true understanding of these phenomena non-phenomena will occur-not occur.
