Maderine pulled on her hair.
Willow wasn't the easiest person to teach, and she had to make Charlotte pinn her down so she could sit still.
"NO NO NO!!" Willow repeated. It had been 2 weeks already, she knew basic words but there was one problem.
She couldn't even say a sentence. It made Maderine dead inside to think about all the trouble she had to go through to teach a girl a year below her. It was shameful. Charlotte twirled her light brown hair,"You fine Mads?" She asked.
"This girl is killing me! I swear...but its going to be worth it!!" Maderine said.
"I hope so."
The door bell rang and Willow quickly hopped to it. She slowly stood up, not used to using her legs like when she first woke up on this strange land. She felt like she was becoming less human. "Who might you be?" A raven haired male asked. He seemed younger than her, yet smarter.
"That's Willow. You know that one. Oh Willow say hi to Terance. "
"H-Hi!" Willow smiled.
"Pet her head." Charlotte told him.
"Why?"
"Just do it."
Terance petted her head and she smiled. She started sniffing his hand weirdly, that he couldn't help but cringe. "What is she doing?!" He shrieked.
"Relax. She's part animal remember. She's just trying to get to know ya." Maderine explained.
"I feel disgusted. Its so unpleasant." Terance commented.
"Oh stop yer whining! She's still human ya know!"
Willow finished and licked his hand.
Terence stepped away,"Ew....."
"That means you gained her respect...at least i think so. She acts more like a dog than a dragon ha. But i guess nice kind dragon might act like that. But with larger tongues. " Charlottle pointed out.
"That's one weird way to get people to know you've gained their respect......" Terance shivered and tried to forget about his hand.
"Can she speak a sentence?" He asked, trying to change the subject.
"Not yet."
"I." Willow started.
It turned silent all of a sudden."I wish I could be more human. I wish I be free. I wish people would just accept me." She mumbled and crawled back over to the books.
Eyes wide and mouth opened, the 3 were suprised to hear her say that as her first sentence or rather...sentences. "What?! We don't have all day! If you don't close your mouth a fly may fly in." Willow snickered.
"Whoa. Sassy aren't we?" Terance smirked.
"Ya. And ya better get that smirk off your face before I slap it off ya retard." Willow smiled innocently.
"I wonder who showed her that word." Terance complained and looked a Maderine.
"Sorry ha. But I swear I didn't teach her sass." Maderine sweared.
"Well this is going to be one long day huh?" Charlotte guessed.
