Chapter 4

I felt scared, nervous....
Is he really ok walking to school with me?...
If he's willing to do that just set me up to the right direction, then maybe I should slowly trust him...I guess....

I tied my hair into a side ponytail, and wore my school uniform. I could hear Natsu's voice, calling from outside of my house. I quickly grabbed my bag and head out.

"Hey! Ready to go?!" He looks excited than I am. Not that I'm excited. I still have butterflies in my stomach.

As we were heading our way to school, we came across a flyer of singing auditions. I stopped and looked at it for a while.

Natsu, reading my mind said, "hey, you audition. You do have a good voice" he stood next to me with a smile on his face. I just shook my head and turned around, "it's no good... It won't change.." I sighed and began to walk away. Natsu followed along behind me.

I was in the lunch room, holding my tray. I look around where to sit. I usually sit alone, but Natsu told me sit with him and his friends.

"Hey! Lucy! Over here!!" I turned my head to Natsu's direction. I slowly headed to his table.

"Minna! This is Lucy! My friend!" He stood next to me with a big grin across his face. The girl with long, red hair said "Hello! So you must be Lucy. It is pleasure to meet you" she's really formal and mature.
"Hi, I'm Gray Fullbuster. Nice to meet you." He looks cold.
"Hi there! My name is Levy McGarden! So you must be Lucy!" She's so cheerful.
"I'm Mira! And this is Lissana! So~~~ you must be the girl Natsu was talking about. (Lissana, ship mission)" I heard her whisper. She's really kind, even her sister. Somehow though, I got this chill when I look at the two...
"I'm Gajeel Redfox. Don't mess with me, Gihi" he's scaring me.
"Um...n..nice to meet you. My name's Lucy..." I said shyly. Well, it's been a while since I actually interacted with a large group.
"So I heard you're a singer. You should enter the audition for the school's talent show!" Levy said.
Everyone else nodded with a smile. I shook my head, "no, I'm not that good actually. I just sing for fun..." I sighed.
"You know~ how about you show us what you got! Then we'll see" Mira commented with a nice smile of hers.
"Yea! C'mon Lucy! Show them what you've got! I've listen to you sing before." Natsu wrapped his arm around my shoulder, As a friendly gesture.
It took a while for them to convince me. I finally nodded and decided to bring my lunch to the empty music room. Everyone stood up and began to follow me upstairs.
When I entered, I set my lunch down and walked up to the piano. I took a deep breath while I spread my fingers on the keyboard. I began to play...

After I finished, I removed my fingers from the keyboard and turned around slowly to see their reaction. I'm sure they now realize than they shouldn't have wasted their time listening to my voic-
"That was awesome!!!!!" The girls cheered.
The boys just nodded in agreement. I blushed by the sudden comment and looked away.
"How about we all form a band together?! It'll be awesome! We have two vocal singers! Male and a female especially." Mira smiled.
"W..who's going he make singer...?" I asked hesitantly.
Everyone looked at Natsu, who was looking away in embarrassment.

"Natsu is the male singer."
