I walked up the mountain side. as i looked up i saw lightning strike the Valcano's opening. It spews flames of rage causing the ground to shake.
I manage to keep my balance. " I'm coming Nalaar, hang in there." I move faster up the mountain.
As i reach a hole in the side of the volcano i see Chandra nalaar throwing fire at a figure across from her. I immediately move to help her but am knocked away by an unkown force.
A large boulder stops me from sliding over the edge. I look up to see a figure walk towards me.
"Jace Beleren? what are you doing here?" As the figure comes into veiw I see Tezzeret.
"You!" I exlclaim as i stand. "You have no buisness here leave and i shall spare you."
Tezzeret snickerd. "You? Spare me? Oh no, you will be the one who shall beg me to spare you." Tezzeret throws a ball of energy at me.
I roll out of the way as it sears a hole in the cape of my cloak.
Tezzeret runs up and strikes me across my face with his metalic arm.
I fall back dazed by his hit. I growl and launch a ball of energy into his chest. causing him to be launched back. i quickly arise to my feet.
He stands anger in his eyes. " reched boy you will pay for that!" He holds his arm to the air a bolt of lightning strikes it. "Say goodbye to you life Mind Adept!" He throws a ball of electricity at me.
I stand tall and ready with my power of the mind i create a Magical ward out of thin air. I manage to stop the ball of energy, with most of my strength i throw my my arms to opposite sides of my body destroying the ward along with the energy. " raaaaaaagh."
"W-wha..How!" Tezzeret stands in shock.
"Cute trick..." I look at him my eyes glowing with the furiosity. "Now i shall show you what a tru mind adepts power is!" I charge Tezzeret my anger along with me.
Tezzeret attempts to strike me with his arm. Easily dodgeing his blow i throw my hands onto the sides of his head. I let all my energy flow into my hands and through his brain. My eyes closed.
"Aaaaaaaaaaaaaah!" I can hear Tezzeret exclaim as my eyes remain shut. I can feel his cold metalic arm and other arm attempt to pry my hands away. Tezzeret then dropped to the floor motionless. I step back. I drop to one knee drained of all energy.
I look at Tezzeret's motionless body before remebering my main goal.
"Chandra!" I exclaim. I stand with what little energy i have left and i move to the entrance of the Mountain to find Chandra lying on the ground. I run to check on her as a I feel a shocking pain through out my body.
"Gaaaaah!" I exclaim as i fall to thr ground. I lay on the ground barley able to move.
"Like a metal pole in a lightning storm." I hear as i lay on the ground.
I look up to see Ral Zarek.
"You were Unwise to come here Jace,But seems you just had to save your little Phineox." He Neals down and Touches he her brused and scratched face.
"Dont touch her..." I attempt to stand.
Ral Throws electricity at me. i am launched back and into the mountains wall. I cring in pain.
"Jace your weak stay down." He say.
"Why are you here?" I ask him through clenched teeth.
He sighs. "if you must know,Its for this." He reveals the Chandras fire amula
"Why do you need that?" I ask him trying to get to chandra.
Ral walks over to me and kicks me in the gut. "Stay down!"
My eyes widen and i fall over coughing trying to breath.
"In due time jace you will find why its important,for now stay how you should have been all along. Dead..." He raises his arm and holds a bolt electricity to my head. "Good bye...mind adept"
He sends the bolt electricity into me. I fall onto the ground,as my last moments of life slip away.
