- wait an hour for coffee.
- get out of bed AS SOON AS your alarm goes off.
- go to bed at a reasonable hour, please.
- make your favorite thing for breakfast.
- drink a cup of water. (Sorry generic one)
- think of all the things you get to do today.
- IF YOU HAVE TIME watch some YouTube or something for a few minutes.
- turn on some lights on your room.
- think of all the people you get to see today.
- don't think that you're tired, you're not tired, you're completely awake.
