Your Son's First Relationship/Breakup;
So, you and Joe just met your son's first ever girlfriend. You and Joe both think she is sweet. A good girl for your son. You and Joe are happy that he is happy. He just seems a lot more happier these days. But, good things always come to an end. After 4 months of them being together, they split. It's a shame really but, he is still young. You're just happy he got the experience of being a boyfriend.
Your Daughter's First Relationship/Breakup;
It was a quite day and Joe was out with his friends leaving you alone with your daughter.
"Hey, mom? I need to tell you something but, you can't tell dad because I don't know how he will feel about this. "She said.
"Okay." You asked a little concerned.
"Well, I have a boyfriend."
"Really? That's great, honey! What is he like?" You said smiley.
Your daughter then starts to describe him in a love stuck way. Oh, puppy love.
A few months later she comes home crying. The poor girl had her first breakup. She was quite sad the next couple of days.
