     It's been a week since Nova arrived back home in La Push. Word traveled fast of her return and now she was a hour in of spending time with Leah and Jacob. When the three were little along with Nova's older sister Aaliyah they were attached at the hip, nothing could separate the four.

     "Do you remember when were were kids and we played with mud to make mud pies and Aaliyah would stand there and boss us around. Then one time Nova had enough and instead of mud pies, You Nova make a mud ball and started a fight." Jacob laughed at the memory. "Seth was just the innocent baby! I remember Leah was so mad at Aaliyah she shoved mud down her pants! then Aali snitched on us and couldn't see each other for a whole week" Nova let out a loud snort as the memory vividly played through her mind.

    "Good times!" Snickered Leah. "Any way, I'm in need of a shopping and Spa day. Leah care to join?"

"Of course, how about we head to Seattle early tomorrow?" Leah offered. The girl new better then to take Nova to port angles she'd probably have a heart attack if she seen the amount of stories. "I'm in, I get to drive my new baby." Just a few days ago Carson had took Nova to a car dealership letting her pick out her brand new Toyota 4runner the girl been eyeing out since she got here. Thanks to G's allowance Nova's been saving the last eight years she was able to pay it in full and hardly make dent in her savings.

Although Nova's stepdad was rich (making her extremely rich) she never flaunted it. The family always volunteering at shelter and donating millions a year money wasn't everything to the girl and her family. "sounds like a deal!"

"hey what if I wanted to join?" said Jacob who was highly offended the girls made plans right in front of him with out even asking if he too wanted to join. "do you want to join Jacob?" asked Nova with one eyebrow raised. "And have sissy girl time? No. Not really I'll stay my ass home." both girls rolled their eyes. "just because you got the feet of big foot and the style of a cave man doesn't mean we need to as well." Nova snap back with a satisfying smirk while Jacob held a hand to his heart. "ouch"

"Now if you'll excuse me. I shall be going."

"awe why so soon?" Jake pouted hugging his little big cousin in a snake like hold. "let me go you child. I can't breathe." Nova whacked the back of his head in an attempt to be put down. "I'll miss you." he whined refusing to let her go.

"Jacob Black if you rotten milk smelling ass don't let me go, I swear to the ancestors I will kill you. You damn neanderthal. " Screamed Nova as she hit harder using her feet and finally accidentally kneeing poor Jacob Black in his jewels. With out second thought Jacob dropped the girl holding between his lag as his russet skin of his face turned bright red and the veins in his neck popped out.

    "I-I'm g-gonna k-kill you." Jacob spoke between each breath he took. "No... Run." Leah yelled at the girl. "I'll hold him down!" Nova quickly stood up taking off as fast as she could. "DADDY. UNCLE BILLY. UNCLE HARRY HELP" screamed the girl as she ran round the huge yard Jacob close behind still holding his jewels as Leah also trailed right behind.

    "UNCLE BILLY!" Cried out Nova as her lungs began to burn and her pace slowing down just a bit. Carson and Billy finally made it out to the porch as they watched their kids fight. Nova finally giving out as she tripped over her own two feet allowing Jacob to fall beside her tickling the girl so much she couldn't speak. Leah laughed loudly at her cousin's toppling over in fits of laughter.

   It was music to the parents ears as they watched the foreign interactions of their kids. Carson smiled wildly as he too erupted in laughter. This. This was home and the family soaked in every moment of it. A ever lasting memory.

"You're telling me, sweet cousin Emily basically stole Sam?" Nova was in shocked. Never in a million years did she think the now couple was capable of this. "It's okay. Your here now. I know you love them so I won't be hurt if you still felt like being their friends.

"Lele I love you. Their gonna head it from me though. I'm glad your being the bigger person. If I was you I'll make it hell. " scoffed Nova. She couldn't imagine what Leah was going though. She must be in so much pain. Even though Nova would love Emily and Sam unconditionally it didn't mean she couldn't be extremely disappointed in the couple.

"And I love you Nova." Leah smiled brightly at her cousin. A smile anyone would have thought Leah was incapable of doing. It was just Nova. No matter how angry or upset you could be, she'd being so much joy and laughter to life. She was someone who needed to be protected simply because you naturally felt the need to. She was the definition of an Angel.

"Okay Lele it's getting late. We got exactly 4 hours till it's dark so let's get going we got a long drive." Leah nodded and pulled her cousin along with her. She was tired Nova has spent the last 6 hours dragging poor Leah around to every single store possible. Leah's arms were hoe hurting by the amount of bags that took up both her arms. Two being the only ones she bought herself and the rest being what Nova bought her without her consent. She just made the excuse of it being "Christmas gifts she's making up for."

The drive was faster getting back to La Push then it was heading out. The girls continued to gossip about anything and everything. Mostly of stories Nova shared from New York. A place Leah could only dream about going to. Not long after Leah pulled up to her house, were it held a small get together with the tribe elders and their kids.

"Hope we didn't miss much." Smiled Nova as she hugged all the familiar faces. "Lily? Lily Call?" Nova was amazed. The beautiful girl turned around with a bright smile on her face. "Nova? Oh my god! I've been waiting to see you!"

"Leah's been telling me! We're back together at last!" The three squealed jumping around in a large hug. "God lily! Your more beautiful then I remember!" Nova couldn't help but admire the girl. Her long Raven hair and high cheek bone that replaced her adorable chubby cheeks. Her doll like big brown eyes. She was the definition of a Quileute beauty. All of them were. They represent a group of beautiful indigenous peoples that most thought were gone but stood proudly right in front of each other.

And this. This is what Nova longed for. La Push surrounded by people she loved and loved her. The place she never got to claim until now. It was Home. She was Home.
