My Gap Year (A Harry Styles Fanfic)

Is your daddy a dentist?

I wake up the next morning to the sound of my brothers laughing. It's a Saturday today which is nice.

I throw an oversized jumper over my head and walk into the kitchen.

The concrete floor of our apartment is cold against my feet. I'm overjoyed about yesterday and I can't believe I spent half of the night just laughing with a boy who is really attractive and lame.




I walk into the kitchen to find Jack and Finn making scrambled eggs. I love our kitchen, it's got really big windows with a view of London , brick walls, and a balcony.




"Good morning boys" I greet them with a tired yet happy voice




"Hello sunshine, this is great isn't it? our own kitchen and all" Finn says while making some bacon




"Ya, ya it's grand! Jackie wanna put on some music?" I ask him pointing at my phone




"Yup!" he responds while putting my phone into the speakers.

Begins to play. I take Jacks hand and I begin to dance with him. we are jumping around singing at the top of our lungs to the jazzy song. Finn is just singing along while cooking.




After our dance session was done we sat down to eat.




"So we are making a vlog today, do you want to help us?" Finn asks me




"Sure! what is it about?"




"London, and our new apartment" Finn replies




"Ok so shall we bring our penny boards to get around"




"Ya sure, we should probably start soon so if you get ready we will leave in about 20mins?"




"30?" I reply




"Ugh sure"




I leave the table and head for my room. I take a shower and put on my make up. ok 10mins left.

I take out a nice white crop top and a pair of light denim shorts from brandy Melville for my outfit today.




I grab my small baby pink backpack and my purple penny board and head out the doors with my brothers.

We shoot a few scenes when we are penny boarding past all of the cars and threw the park. it's a really hot day today.

We go to Starbucks and get a few drinks. We decide to film our little visit to the coffee shop because it was going to be funny choosing weird names.




"Ah yes! a vanilla bean frap with raspberry syrup" I tell the girl around my age behind the counter.




"Ok, what's your name?" she asks me,




"Georgia Rose" I say with my head held high. I know right, I'm so original.




"Ya ok but the question is... is your dad a dentist?" the girl with the name take 'aoife' asks with a smile,




I laugh and tell her no and give her the money for the beverage. While I wait for my name to be called, Jack and Finn order their drinks and decide to go along with the names 'kim' and 'Kanye' .




I laugh at their choice of names.







"Ay long time no see" says a slow voice with a chuckle,




I turn around to see the tall dark haired boy in front of me. his bandana tied around his head and his curls sticking out. damn he's flawless




"I would have to say the same mr.Styles" I say with a smile.




"So what are you doing? your not stalking me are you?" he asks playfully,




"I would never! I'm not even a fan!" I lie while pulling an jokingly face.




"VANILLA BEAN FRAP FOR GEORGIA ROSE!" The workers shout,




I blush and walk up to get my drink, when I get back Harry is smirking at me

"Wait I thought you weren't a fan?" Harry says with a goofy smile




"Oh shut up" I push him lightly




"Hey Harry! how are ya?" jack asks while walking up to us with Finn and their drinks.




"I'm great mate" Harry smiles back.




"Oh that's grand! we better get going tho, See you later" Finn says

While exiting starbucks




"Yeah ok. well Eden I was wondering if I.. Could... um basically take you to dinner tonight?" Harry says while scratching the back of his neck.




"Yeah sure! well you know where I live and you can DM me the time and other stuff" I say a little nervously. I wave goodby to Harry and head out the door to meet my brothers.




The next hours go by with us taking pictures of each other and penny boarding around London enjoying the summer weather.
