Two arms wrapped around my chest pulling me into a warm chest.
"You know how much I hate waking up to an empty bed without you beside me," Jake said pressing a soft kiss to my temple.
"But you know how much I like the view in early mornings, it's like my morning coffee." I said leaning my back into his chest.
He tightened his arms around me and rested his chin on the top of my head, "as long as it makes you happy I won't complain about it."
I turned around and wrapped my arms around his neck, "you know that nothing can make me as happy as I am except for you."
Pressing a kiss to his cheek I lifted my head until our eyes were meeting, and with my arms still wrapped around his neck and his around my waist, I was lost in his blue eyes.
"I'm going to miss your smile babe," he nuzzled his head in my neck making my stomach full with butterflies, "your scent.... And everything about you."
"I'm going to miss you too" Tightening my arms around his neck.
"They're only ten days and I'll be back as soon as the meetings end." He lifted his head and pressed a kiss to my forehead.
Not wanting to ruin our romantic moment with my tears and sadness over his leaving I grabbed his hand in mine, "come on let's prepare your suitcase."
