Well let's see how well my self care is going

1. Off to a good start. I would never do something I don't want to do.
2. I've done that before and all it got me was beat up(not really)
3. But I like to please people
4. The last time I trusted my instincts, I failed the test.
5. Oh. That's too bad I constantly criticize myself all the time.
6. I don't have dreams. I have goals.
7. I'm good here
8. Here too
9. I'm kind to myself when I'm not criticizing myself
10. I can do this
11. That's the only thing that surrounds me. I made this book so I had an excuse to have a bunch of motivational images in my phone because there is too much drama and negativity in the world and I like to look at pictures that make me feel like less of a failure at life(jk I just got really bored and wanted to make people happy)
