Lost

In a world where life always ends,
Breathing slows at a certain age,
And pain cannot be forgotten,
I'm lost.

Everyone tells me the wind will change directions,
That I'll find my place someday,
But I don't believe them.

You see,
For a brief and fleeting second,
The world is right and sweet,
But loosing you was not.

And the world was turned against me,
And now I'm lost in a world of pain,
And all I want is to see your face again,
But you never even cared.

But now my love,
I am found,
And I have learned your tricks,
And that I thank you for.

Because,
We teach what we've been taught,
And what you taught,
Was FEAR.
