Alannah

I read the letters on the gold nameplate of the office door for the millionth time since I had arrived.

Dank Randall. His name sounded pompous and gorgeous.

Inside the lobby, from one end to the other, marble and granite floors were beneath my feet. It was inviting and relaxing. I'd never been into a different Publishing house except for Pop Fiction, my previous firm. Everyone who passed by had seemed friendly and welcoming, and it made me very comfortable. When I walked to the reception area, I was met by a red head and very gorgeous with model type body receptionist who escorted and assisted me.

The President office was in the top floor so Macy Scott, the receptionist had time to educate me. She's babbly and kind and I enjoyed listening to her talk. Maybe if I got this job, I'll make her my friend.

All along I thought I was supposed to be meeting a woman but Macy told me that the President/CEO of the company is a Mister and not a Miss. She shared the information she knew about the company she's working at. She said that the Randall's bought the building eight years ago. Kiro Randall, Mr. President/CEO's father was a well-known businessman whereas, his mother, Lauren Randall has a Corset boutique that was design and custom-made by her.

There are 3 Randall siblings, David Randall as the eldest, Dank Randall as the middle child, and Lindsey Randall as the youngest. David turned down the offer of his father to take over the Man Hot Tan Times so his father was left with no other choice. Dank started as an employee too. He went through a lot of nuisances before he reached the top.

Thus it left me with loads of information about the Randall's. However, Macy didn't tell me what to expect from them. I don't have any idea what they look like or if they seem arrogant or kind or if this Dank guy is handsome, single and young. Not knowing anything about him, made me even more anxious.

From the time when I woke up this morning, I felt very nervous. I don't know if it has something to do with the story I'd wrote before. Night by night, I kept dreaming about this guy, this blurred guy. But despite the fact that everything in him is vague, I know that he's handsome, gorgeous even. Like knees-knocking, panty-soaking gorgeous. His jaw was strong, his cheeks high. He has these luscious, kissable lips and the most intense blue eyes I'd ever seen. Blonde hair sweeping over his forehead and across his temple, messy and effortlessly gorgeous. He smells of soap, masculine cologne and aftershave and pure male goodness. He was around six-four, and was lean, toned, and muscular. His body was artfully sculpted. He has thick, long, powerful legs and six-pack abs.

Ever since I started dreaming about this mystery guy, I'm always looking forward to sleep at night because that's the only time that I'll see him again. The first time I'd dreamt of him, the scenery was we met. He's the boss, I'm the employee. Then the second time was we talked like really talk, not about business but our personal life. What I do, what he do, what I want, what he want, what I hate, what he hate, what I love, what he love, stuffs like that. Afterwards, we became friends. We go out to dinner like a couple. I met his family; he met mine. The next thing I knew was he's courting me until we both fell in love with each other and we became a real couple.

When I reached the end of my dream, I asked myself: what does this dream mean? Most of the time I was pre-occupied, it's obvious that it is saying something. Then until one day I decided, why not make it a story for I am sure that I can make a good story out of it.

I'd write one summer and finished it even before the school started. I'd this three people who are reading each chapter I wrote and motivated me to keep going. When I reached the epilogue, the two of them were like, "Post it on Wattpad!" "C'mon, it will be a good story and people will love it" which I complied. I'd posted it on Wattpad and I gathered a lot of reads until a book publicist contacted me saying that they wanted to publish my book. I agreed of course. An editorial staff saw my potential not only as a writer but also as an editor. They didn't edit much since I'd already edited it myself a couple of hundred times. I was still a college student back then when my book was published and when I graduated with a degree in BS in English, Pop Fiction-the book publication hired me as their editor. I gladly accepted the offer since the main reason why I took my course was really because I wanted to be an editor and not a writer.
