Time skipped ahead for Adrien, and he landed in a week after the incident. Both Adrien's father and Mother were moping around in black mourning clothes. If Gabriel did ever move from his office, it was to either eat or drink. He never went home, and was sleep deprived. A photo of Paon and Papillion was on his desk, and he sat depressed, and lonely.
Adrien was watching his poor depressed father, when suddenly the whole routine started again and he was back in the attic. He ran down the attic ladder, and bumped straight into his grandmother. "Well, well. What were you doing up there?" Adrien expected to be in big trouble, but his grandmother just hugged him and motioned for him to follow her. "Why don't we catch up. Its been 5 years since I've seen you"
Adrien guessed this was the end.
