L- I'm coming over.

Luke ran out the front door and down the street, coming to a dead halt in front of Ariana's house. He started to knock, but instead pushed her door open.
"Ariana?"

A familiar sweatshirt was draped over the back of the couch, and an empty bottle that once held what looked like 151 was on it's side on the ground next to the coffee table.

"Ariana, where the fuck are you?" He made his way to the stairs that led up to her room.

"Ariana, I'm sorry." There was a black lighter on the floor at the top of the stairs, one that he was sure belonged to Calum. The bastard.

"Ariana, come on. Don't do this. Where are you?"

A soft thump came from the door at the end of the hall, a room that was very familiar to him.

"Ariana?" He pushed the door open slowly. The first thing to catch his eye was her phone, on the floor across the room from the door. He saw movement in the corner of his eye, and turned to the sliding glass door that led to the roof. The door had been left open and the curtains were fluttering in the soft winter breeze.

He stepped out and saw Ariana sitting on the ledge, her shoulders shaking.

"Ariana? Please get down."

"Go away. Please. I don't want you here."

She stiffened at his hand on her shoulder.

"Get off." Luke took his hand off her shoulder.

"Nobody needs me." With that, she pushed herself off the ledge. Expecting to soon feel the sweet embrace of nothing, she closed her eyes. Luke grabbed her soft, pale hand and held on tight.

"Ariana, open your eyes! Grab my other hand."

"Nobody needs me." She kept her eyes closed.

"I need you! I need you, please Ariana, I need you."

She opened her eyes and looked into his soft blue ones, searching for any sign of deceit. She found nothing, and grabbed his other hand, allowing herself to be pulled up. He pulled her into his arms and held her there, not letting anything separate them for hours.
