~Chapter Six~

~(y/n)'s P.O.V~

Ah, another day at the Fairy Tail Guild. I wonder what's in store for me. Soon, Gray came and sat down next to me. "Hey Gray." "Hey (y/n), I have a question to ask." "Well, what is it?" "I was wondering if you'd like to get dinner with me tonight." "Sure, sounds fun." "Great, I'll pick you up at six. See you then. Oh, and make sure to dress fancy." "Okay, see you then." Gray then stood up, and walked out of the guild.

That's when a blue haired female who had the fairy tail mark on her thigh came up to me. "Hello, what can I do for you?" "Juvia is here to tell you to stay away from Juvia's Gray-Sama!" "We're only going as friends, promise!" "Fine. But Juvia will be watching. For she's always watching her Gray-Sama!" Juvia then walked away. "Uh...." "Don't worry about her, she's just obsessed with Gray." "Oh, now it makes sense." "But still, maybe you shouldn't go on a date-" "DATE!?"

~Erza's P.O.V~

I rushed over to Lucy and (y/n), with my cake. "Who's going on a date!?" "She is." Lucy said while pointing to (y/n). "We're going as friends, nothing more!" "You need a new outfit! And away we go!" I then rushed (y/n) and Lucy to a nearby clothing store.

"I don't need a new outfit. I have plenty of outfits at home." "Nonsense. We're going to get you a new outfit. That's final! Lucy, help me find (y/n) a new outfit." "Yes sir!" Lucy then left. When she came back, she had tons of dresses in her hands. "Let's see.....This one is the one!" I said while picking out a smile sleeveless black dress that would go to (y/n)'s knees, and show most of her back. "I can't wear that!" I gave (y/n) a death glare. "......Fine....." "Now, go try it on!" I then pushed (y/n) into the dressing room. "Lucy, find matching black shoes, now!" "Of course!" Lucy then left, and didn't come back till she had (Shoe Size) black high heels. "Here, put on these shoes." I said while putting the shoes under the door of the dressing room. "Okay." (y/n) said while taking the shoes.

In a few minutes, (y/n) came out, in the dress I had picked out. She looked absolutely beautiful. "Are you sure Gray will like this?" "Absolutely! And if you want, we can have Cancer fix your hair." "Is that one of your celestial spirits?" "Yep!" "Well, let's head back so Cancer can fix (y/n)'s hair!" So we paid for the dress and shoes, and then headed to (y/n) apartment.

"I didn't know you lived near Lucy." "I didn't know either." "Yeah, so, shall we head inside?" "Sure." We all then headed inside. "Open, gate of the crab, Cancer!" Cancer then appeared. "What do you want me to do? Baby?" "I need you to style (y/n)'s hair." "What style?" "How about a waterfall bun?" "I think I can do that/" I watched as Cancer fixed (y/n)'s hair.

"Wow, that was fast. And my hair looks amazing!" "That's the power of a celestial spirit." Cancer then left. I looked at the clock to see it was ten minutes till Gray was supposed to show up. "Come on Lucy, we need to put make-up on her." "On it!" Lucy then grabbed a ton of make-up and began applying it to (y/n). When Lucy was done, I looked to see (y/n). Turns out Lucy did an amazing job. It was the right amount of make-up, not too much, but not too little at the same time. "Well, do I look okay?" "You look better than okay!" Soon, we heard a knock on the door of (y/n)'s apartment door. "Good luck!" I said while pushing (y/n) up to the door. (y/n) then opened the door.

~Gray's P.O.V~

After arriving at (y/n)'s, I knocked on her apartment door. (y/n) answered, but what I didn't expect was to look at something absolutely stunning. I don't think I've ever seen a more beautiful looking lady. "Uh, Gray? Are you alright?" I was snapped out of my thoughts by (y/n)'s sweet voice. "Yeah, shall we go then?" "Sure!" (y/n) then came out of her apartment, and together we walked to a fancy restaurant.

"Are you sure you want to go here? It looks very expensive." "Don't worry, I have more than enough money to pay for both of us. Besides, we're already dressed up." "Very true." (y/n) and I then entered the restaurant.

After a while, our food came. "This looks delicious!" That's when I noticed Juvia sitting right behind (y/n)." "Uh Juvia, what're you doing here?" (y/n) turned around to face Juvia. "Juvia was just making sure (y/n) doesn't steal Gray-Sama from Juvia." I glared. "Get out!" Juvia quickly left. "Sorry about her." "It's fine. We then ate our food.

After paying for our food, we decided it was time to head home. "You know (y/n), your magic's pretty cool." "Thanks. Yours is pretty amazing as well."

On our way home, we talked about random things. In what felt like mere minutes, we arrived at (y/n)'s apartment. "Thanks, for everything." "No problem. I had fun tonight." "See you tomorrow at the guild?" "Sure, night." "Night!" I then left, thinking over the wonderful night I had just had with (y/n). For some reason, I can't wait to see (y/n) tomorrow. But my question is why?

~(y/n)'s P.O.V~

After Gray left, I entered my apartment, only to fine Erza and Lucy waiting for me. "What're you-" "How'd it go!?" "Did you have a fun time!?" Lucy and Erza continued to bombard me with multiple questions until...."ENOUGH! It was fine. Yes, I had fun. Yes, the food was delicious. No, Gray didn't strip. And lastly, no, Gray didn't ask me out!" Lucy and Erza looked shocked at my outburst. "Oh, okay. Thank you for answering my questions." Erza then left.

"What a shame." "What's a shame?" "I ship you and Gray. Too be he didn't ask you out. If you need anything, I'm in the apartment on your right." "Thanks." Lucy then left. I decided to take a shower. The warm water felt so nice on my cool skin. After drying off, I got into my fuzzy pajamas.

Laying down on my bed, my mind went to the two wonderful days I had had. One was an adventurous day with Natsu. The other being a peaceful dinner with Gray. Both were very enjoyable. And Natsu is very fun and confident. Meanwhile Gray is calm and collected. Wait, why am I thinking of them like this? Could I possibly be in love? No way! I've only known Natsu and Gray for a few days. How could I possibly be in love with them?After denying my love, I was able to fall into a peaceful sleep.
