Snarling, crying, bleeding, dying,

[I am the girl with no eyes]

Listen to the wind howl

Listen to the dogs growl as they lay hungry by the fire

Listen to the flames crackle as they blow smoke up the chimney

Listen to the wind whisk it away.

[I am the girl with no eyes]

But as I grow I can see clearer

[I am the girl with no eyes]

But as I find my place I find my voice.

Who decides if I'm worth anything?

Who decides if I matter?

Nobody

Everybody

[But me]

Hiding behind my mask made of feathers, red jewels, gold and black, elegant swirls,

And a dress fit for [a princess].

Now I stand, the crying behind me,

I am royalty,

I am firm in my ways,

And I shine.

[I am the girl with two gorgeous green eyes]
