The months following that day you told your brothers were, well, crappy. Your brothers and Castiel kept you cooped up in the bunker all day. Not that you could really argue with that, you knew it was to keep you and your ever growing child safe. In a way, it felt good to have a break. But just as you were getting comfy, your pregnancy symptoms hit you full force and you had to remind yourself that this wasn't just a nine month vacation, that there would be a light at the end of the tunnel- filled with crying and poopy diapers. You were finally starting to adjust to the changes, but you didn't think you would ever get used to the intense nausea that accompanied you through the night instead of the morning. You would pretty much spend your nights in the bathroom, curled up on the linoleum floor.

And this night was no exception. Your belly was twisting angrily and sending waves of nausea and cold sweats throughout your body. You had only thrown up twice since the sun went down which, to you, seemed like a victory since you would've emptied your stomach at least five times by then. You sluggishly made your way to your room. On your way, you caught a glimpse of yourself in a mirror and sighed at how sick you looked,"seven more months to go. We can make it, right?" You murmured and found your bedroom door, struggling with the handle and slamming the door behind you. Right now, the sight of your bed was the most beautiful thing you'd ever seen. You flopped down, reveling in the feel of clean fabric. Even though you were in much discomfort, you felt an intense swell of affection for the tiny growth causing chaos for your hormones. In a way it frightened you, how much you already loved it. You had a motherly instinct after all.

You rolled over onto your back and sighed at nothing in particular. Cas was gone for now, but you couldn't help but whisper his name and hope he heard you. You knew he was probably busy, but you were tired of hanging around Sam and Dean for a whole week. You normally would've been quiet self efficient and waited patiently for him to return, but you were feeling so overly needy and it made you want to kick yourself. You knew Cas hated being away from you, especially now and that he would return as soon as he can. You sighed again in frustration. You really didn't have the patience for your brothers at the moment, so you decided to be done for the night. Your sweatpants were unusually constructing and hot, so you ripped them off and threw them somewhere. You burrowed under the blankets and pressed your head to the pillows, willing yourself to sleep. Unfortunately, it was rather difficult to fall in a deep slumber when your belly kept protesting. Between you and your brothers, you had always been the one to get the most sleep; sleep came easily to you, but now you were sure you were getting less hours than them. Eventually you were able to fall into a troubling sleep.

You found yourself in an all black room, no light being able to make its way through anything. You didn't know what way you were facing or which direction you were looking. You reached your hand out and met a cold, metal surface. You felt all around you and realized you were stuck in a box, you could barely stretch your legs out to their full length. Panic overtook your body and you were slamming against the box, but it made no noise whatsoever. You put your hands to your ears and tried to make any noise, but you couldn't hear anything. Your felt the vibration of your voice and that was the only indication that you knew you were screaming. Your breathing was shallow and your body started to tingle as your brain started losing oxygen. You couldn't calm yourself down and it made you panic even more.

You felt a shooting pain in your abdomen and cried out. You put your hands to your stomach and gasped as you realized your belly was large and swollen. Another wave of pain overtook you, making you dizzy and you lay on your back against the cold surface. Your breathing became labored and you felt hot tears streaming down your cheeks.

You were giving birth.

A blinding white light appeared in front of you, and as it drew nearer you felt yourself become lighter and lighter.
