Background: Winter didnt have the best of life,Her mother and father left her at the age of sixteen. She knew enough to take care of herself anyways though. She took care of three younger brothers but they all died. She was alone after that. At the age of eighteen she went into the army in hopes of obtaining a better life afterwards. She was scarred both physicaly and emotionaly as the war took toll on her. She had no one to turn to and no one to help her,not even her army comrades. She didnt let herself get close to anyone for fear of losing them. She stayed mostly to herself although she does hang around others and befriends people she is afraid to let herself get to close to anyone
