Chapter 1: New Job

"I hate when people call me Joshua. I just hate it so much!" Josh yelled as I laughed, he was driving me to my new job at starbucks.

"Okay Joshua." I smiled and immediately burst into laughter.

"Shut up Natasha" He laughed and tickled me.

"STOP HAHA OH MY HAHAHA." I moved like a fish out of water as he tickled me with one hand and had the other hand on the stirring wheel.

"Have a fabulous day. I'll come by and buy a coffee later." Josh mocked the way I said fabulous all the time with a smirk.

"Haha okay. Bye Joshua." I got out of the car and gave him a kiss through the opened windshield.

As I walked into the coffee shop, I was immediately stunned by the amazing smell of the coffee. I walked through a door to the side of the counter to find a guy about my age.

"Hey your the new worker here right." He slightly grinned as he wrote in a clipboard. He had light brown hair and blue eyes, he reminded me alot of Harry Styles.

"Yeah. I'm Natalie Hayson." I awkwardly walked nearer to him to try and see what he was writing on the clipboard.

"Great! Your apron is in that drawer over there. I'm Tony, the manager of this store and the son of the boss of all the starbucks in Los Angeles. Nice meeting you." He grinned with perfect white teeth. As he walked away he quickly stuck his head out the door as he exited. "Your very beautiful." He whispered as he bit his lip. I was extremely uncomfortable, I got my apron and hurried to the counter.

At the counter, a girl named Scarlett showed me how to work it and how to make drinks. She was really pretty with orangish hair and perfect white skin.

"Thank you for showing me how to do all of this." I smilled as I talked. I noticed that Tony was looking at me from the table where he was doing paperwork.

"No problem! If you need anything let me know." Scarlett exclaimed. She was very friendly and nice. Customers came in as they opened and I was very overwhelmed by all the orders. Sometimes I would work at the counter and sometimes I would work making the drinks.

"Well its my lunch break, ill be back in an hour. If you need anything call me." Scarlett grinned as she scribbled her number on a paper and walked away.

"When Scarlett leaves I take over, but now I have you." Tony walked up behind me and whispered in my ear.

"Yeah. My boyfriend is coming soon though."I walked as distant from him as I could since Tony looked angry. I was uncomfortable and for some reason scared. I tried hiding my red face behind the brewing machines.

"I'll have an iced caramel macchiato." Josh's voice relived me from the uncomfortable matter I was in.

"Name?" Tony murmured, trying to figure out where he knew Josh from. "Aye! Your that guy from the hunger games, josh?" Tony smiled.

"Yep." Josh smirked as he took off his sunglasses.

"New girl, make yourself useful and make our celebrity customer a very special drink." Tony yelled out rudely as he threw the plastic cup. I silently made Josh's drink, trying not to smile at the thought of Tony's face once he realized the "celebrity customer" was my boyfriend.

"Joshua." I called out as I put Josh's drink on the counter. I tried my best not to laugh.

"Haha real funny Natasha." Josh grinned as he took his drink.

"You guys know each other?" Tony confusingly asked.

"Yup. Where have you been? Shes all over the news." Josh giggled as he poked a straw through his drink.

"I've never heard of her." Tony squinted and shook his head.

"Well she's amazing." Josh put his fingers through mine and kissed my forehead as I leaned over the counter. Josh took his drink and gave Tony a "what now" look leaving Tony opened mouthed.

"Woah was that Josh Huctherson?" Scarlett walked in, stunned.

"Apparently the new girl is quite close with him." Tony rolled his eyes as he walked farther away from where I was standing.

"Really? I'm gonna go get a picture with him!" Scarlett ran out like a fan girl. Josh was talking on the phone, he looked as if he was yelling. Scarlett came back upset.

"He looks busy and pissed off. Hopefully he comes again soon" Scarlett looked at the floor sadly.

"Did you hear what was happening?" I curiously asked.

"I just heard him yelling "This wasn't in my contract" and "I can't go"." Scarlett put on her apron as she came to the cash register.

I feared what I was thinking but I knew it was true. He would have to leave far away for a while to film a movie. There would be cheating rumors and so. I just wish I was famous too so I could travel with him instead of staying here alone with my creeper boss. Long distance always tears relationships apart, I just hope it's not ours.
