1.- Everyone gets a 'pairing', meaning you read each other's stories. If you fail to read the one you've been paired with, you get a strike (a big bad horrible X next to your name in the member list!). Two strikes and you're out.
2.- Read on time, as I said earlier: you've got one week. If you're busy or don't wanna or gotta move to Mars and protect the Earth from an invasion... NO PROBLEM! Just PM the moderators and we'll put OFFLINE next to your name.
3.- Since short stories tend to be short, then you've got to read the whole thing. (BTW Shorts Stories are max. 7,500 words!) If the story has multiple parts, then you have te read what you'd think is the equivalent of the 7,500 (some stories has very short parts- think of the minimum length needed for you to read around two and a half Word pages)
4.- Critiques must be at least 3 paragraphs long and have good content/opinions, REMEMBER: we all love to be praised, so please be as nice as possible! It'll surely be appreciated.

Last but not least (and this is more a suggestion than a rule) :
5.- Spread the word! We wanna get as many members as possible. More members, more people to read your story!
