Chapter Twenty; They're back

(Castiels perspective)

I hear Dean and Sam pull in the drive way of the bunker. I was terrified to tell them (Name) was gone... On my watch. She was my responsibility and I let her escape. But I know we were going to find her. She is a smart girl.

Dean walked in first. I flashed to him. "Dean. She is gone." I back up waiting for a very bad response. I turn around and there is Sam.

He says "What? How? I thought you were watching her Cas?" He pushes me out of the way and heads to the table. For him breaking up with (Name) he sure still cares about her.

Dean and I follow him. Sam says "We need to find a case that's close to here. That's where she would go. Not far."

I felt bad "Guys. I am sorry. I turn away for one minute and she is gone. I didn't know she would do something like this." I bend down and pet (Dogs name) who looks sad.

We finally went to the vampire hunt where she probably went to. She could've at least told me. I would've went with her to help. She is probably hurt.

Dean picks up a blade from off the ground. "You let her take your blade?" He hands it to me.

I feel for my blade in my trenchcoat and its missing. I sigh and put my blade back.

Same says "So obviously the vampires took her somewhere. God (Name) Why did you do this?" He says silently and looks around.

Its turning light outside, its about 7 o'clock in the morning. She is probably hungry. I can't stop thinking about what might have happened to her. We have walked around looking all morning and still couldn't find anything. I say "Maybe we are missing something. She HAS to be around here." I continue looking around.

Dean calls Sam and I over to a tree where he found some blood. And then another and another, there must be a pattern. He says "I think this might be her blood. This way." He runs through the trees and follows the blood trail.

We find a building that I know is filled with vampires. Sam says "How the hell do we get in there?" He throws his hands up getting furious.

I say "I can get them all out. I'll distract them and you can go in and get her."

Dean says "Cas, there are vampires in there. Who knows how many... That's a death wish."

I shrug and say "That's a risk I'm willing to take." I flash to the inside of the building.
