"Hello , My name is Jennifer Rene. I am the newly recruited journalist " . I said confidently as I stepped in his office. As I looked at him , I was shocked . Mr Matthew Nicolas is so HOT. He looked ruggedly handsome with skin that is clear but is slightly weathered, as if he has spent time outdoors in the wind. It isn't 'pretty boy' smooth. His skin is slightly tanned, again from the weathering. His features are symmetrical and the jawline, cheekbones and brows are prominent in the way that gets called 'chiselled'. His overall build and physique is strong and fit without being too muscley. Wow , it has not even been a day yet I am already writing a whole article on my boss. I should really stop thinking about my boss this way . It is so wrong . I came here to start my career and not my love life .
Besides , I am sure that many women would try to flirt and seduce to get him in bed. I am not going to be like those women . Afterall , I am different and always will be.
I ignored my thoughts and began to recompose myself. Mr Nicolas asked me to sit down as he wanted to discuss my work schedule . Throughout the discussion , I acted professionally and I was kinda proud of myself because for the first time in my life, I felt like I took charge. He then began to call his secretary to help me settle in my new office. I then smiled and left his office. As I walked out from his office , I noticed him staring at me. Something tells me that I should stay away from him .
Matthew POV
I could not help but to stare at her. I love the way she tugs her hair behind her ear. The way she smiles, the way she acted professionally , the way she took charge . When she entered my office, I could see innocence and excitement in her eyes.
I had the urge to just kiss her plum lips , the moment she walked in. God, it has not even been one day since she joined and she is driving me crazy . She is different from others. I love the fact that she does not try hard to impress me. Her simplicity just wins me over. I need her to be mine. I have to get her and for that to happen , I need a good plan.
