I am blind, but i have visions. I am deaf, but i can hear the ocean waves. You might ask, how can i hear and be deaf, and then how can i see if im blind? I can be blind from the world. I can be deaf from the truth of life. All people are deaf if the truth came to them. They act like they can't see so they don't have to see what they have done or witnessed.
Blocking out all the bad things in life and pretending all the false good things in life. Sure, we have great things in the history we call life. But we can't close our doors in our brains about the blood that has spilled on the ground. Old homes are now contained with high radioactive rays. Closing our eyes on the sight of a hungry child and we hear nothing from the argument next door and how badly the person is getting hurt. Even in some communities, we act like nothing happens if someone got shot.
I am not blind, just chose not to see
