{28} The Flashback ~Part 1~

I walk to Lucinda's old house, I don't know if she still lives here but it's worth a shot, I knock on her door and a million memories flood back to me.
~Flashback~
(A/N: This whole chapter is a flashback, Back to the story!)
"Hello, My names Katelyn, what's your name?" I said to s girl with bright orange hair, I just started high school and wanted to make sooooooo many new friends! This year will be great! "I'm Lucinda" "Um what class do you have next period" I asked her trying to start a conversation, "I have science next period" "Me too! Wanna walk together?" "Sure! Why not" she said with a smile, "So tell me about yourself, something about me is this year I'm trying to make some more friends, hopefully you will be my first new friend!" I said to her with a sweet smile hoping it will pay off, but I don't want to scare her off, and yes, it has happened before... Anyway!! "Well, I would like to make some new friends also, and I'm a witch by the way" "WOAH!!! I've always wanted to met a witch!" "Well now you can say you have" she says laughing.

After class I ask her if she wanted to sit with me and my friends at lunch, she said sure but seemed a little nervous cause I told her we would also be sitting with some other freshmen. "So w-who else would we be sitting with?" "Are you shy?" "Yes, VERY!" "Lucinda, everything will be fine, I won't leave your side if it makes you feel better" I laughed and she laughed with me "Anyway, we will be sitting with my friends Aphmau, Kawaii~Chan, she's a shipper, so beware, Aaron, Laurence, Garroth and Dante" "Wow, that's a looooot of people..." she said with a shocked face. "Don't worry, they are very nice people, but watch out for Laurence, Garroth and Dante they will try to flirt with you" "Um ok" she said with a little laugh.

We got outside the cafeteria doors and she just stopped, "Lucinda what's wrong" "Kate what if they don't like me, and can I call you Kate?" "They'll love you, and yes you can call me Kate" I said to her with a warm smile. She relaxed a little bit and took one big breath and said "Well, here goes nothing".
