"But I-" You just gave him the look and ran out.
You looked back and saw him putting his head up against the wall.

"Hey Y/N!" You looked behind you to see your friend.
"There's a home game today for the football team. Wanna help us set up the booth for our music club?" You didn't hesitate to answer.
"Of course! It's gonna be fun for us freshmens." You both smiled and walked to class together.

After school was out, you quickly walked down the stairs and saw 8 different tents up. Each of them were for the booth at the field entrance. You were looking around and saw your friend waving at you from the last booth on the right. So many people were standing around giving out flyers. You just walked over to her to help set up and pass out flyers.
"Hey! Umm...I have a job for you. Can you go to the back and try to turn on the speaker?" Your friend asked you.
"Yeah..if I know how to..." You walked to the back of the tent to see 2 giant speakers. Your clumsy hands were trying to figure out how to connect it to the laptop for music.
"Ummm..." You plugged in the wrong one and created a loud squeaking sound.
"Sorry..." You looked at your friend.

Your friend just kept looking at you with pity. "Hey Wonwoo, can you help that clumsy girl?" Your eyes froze for a moment, hearing that name. Your heart skipped a beat, you just stood there, still holding the wires
"Here, I'll do it." You saw WonWoo grabbing the wires from your hands.
"Umm..." Your hands fell down to your hips and your eyes looked down to your feet.
"Are you okay?" He asked, acting like nothing happened the other day.
"Yeah..." I said quietly. You walked away towards the back of the bathroom building.

You stood there thinking about what happened for 5 seconds. The you turn to see WonWoo standing in front of you.
"Y/N..." he said, slowly walked towards you, "I know what I did was wrong, but we can work this out"
"How? How can you be in a relationship with someone who already has a girlfriend. Don't treat people like that. And plus. You said we couldn't be friends. I liked you back then. And you treated me like...trash" You looked down again and felt a tear come down.

"I know I did. And I regret it now. It's hard to deal with Regression. But I can fix it. I'll break up with her." He walked closer.
"I said don't treat people like that. Like a toy. She probably loves you Wonwoo..." another tear came down.
"Well I don't love her." WonWoo said with a sincere tone. You looked up at his eyes and saw a tear go down his face.
"She probably loves me, but I never loved her because I knew she cheated on me once, but I let that slide. I'm still with her because I didn't want to be a jerk."
"What?" You softy whispered.
"Yeah. I never loved my girlfriend"

I looked behind Wonwoo and saw his girlfriend standing there in tears. Wonwoo noticed me looking behind him and turned back.
"Lina...um...ahum...did you hear everything?" He softly asked.
She just ran off. Wonwoo didn't chase after her but you did. You tried calling out her name, and finally stopped.

"Lina...listen...he didn't mean tha-"
"Yes he did. I knew he didn't love me. I was just too afraid to ask. I loved him with all my heart and knew he didn't love me back."She began to cry.
"Lina...I'm sorry..." You rubbed her shoulder.
"It's okay. I'm sure he'll treat you better than he did to me" She looked down.
"No. Don't say that"
"It's true." she gasped, holding her tears.
"Before I came into the lunch room, I noticed him looking over at you. I knew from the start." Your face was worried
"If you do end up with him, please, take care of him. I'll be happy as long as he's happy." She smiled while wiping her tears.
