Rigby didn't know why he felt the need to show Mordecai how much fun he would have without him. They both tried to make everyday fun...at least before Mordecai met Margaret. Ever since then Mordecai spent most of his time dragging Rigby with him to the coffee shop just to say hi to the girl. At first Rigby didn't have a problem with it but when he realized that Mordecai wasn't going through a phase and actually like liked margeret, he knew she was going to change their lives for the worst if she became a permanent figure in their life.

Rigby's pace slowed as he shook his head and stared at the sidewalk. Lost in his thoughts he hadn't realized that he passed his destination and was now three stores down from the arcade, he also didn't take note of the body in front of him till it was too late.

"Hey!, Watch it!" A tall man wearing black skinny jeans and a short sleeved purple plaid buttoned up shirt with short messy black hair turned to Rigby angrily.

"Oh sorry, my bad " Rigby said stumbling to regain his balance.

The unnamed man paused and stared at Rigby. "Yeah, no problem..." He said letting his voice trail at the last word.

Rigby smiled and turned around to continue his quest, but he felt a hand grab his arm before he took even one step away.

"I'm sorry, but I feel like we've met before" the man squinted his eyes as he tried to remember if he'd met this brown haired boy before.
"Well i'm pretty sure I've never seen you before, so I think I should go"
Rigby shook his arm from the mans grasp and tried to go on his way again, before he was interrupted once more.

"wait!"

Rigby let out a puff of air, this guy was starting to get on his nerves.

"Can you tell me your name before you go? Mine is Daniel by the way."

"It's Rigby, and I should go now." Rigby turned on his heel and walked away, leaving Daniel behind.

After finally arriving at the arcade Rigby decided to skip all games that didn't give tickets, as he would need a souvenir to rub in Mordecai's face. He went over to a game which required one to guide a knight through dungeons full of monsters, twenty five tickets were given after every dungeon a player beat. *'This should be good* Rigby thought.

Rigby took a quarter and placed it in the coin slot and pressed start with the right handle. The game started pretty easy, but as he progressed in the game he realized it wasn't getting any harder. He looked down to see how many tickets he had and saw a large pile of tickets up to his hips. "Woah! How long have I been playing?" Rigby asked amazed that he had only used one coin to win all those tickets.

Rigby decided it was time to stop playing. The sky was beginning to darken and thunder could be heard in the distance. Rigby bundled his tickets in his arms. They covered his view so he angled his neck to the side the see where he was going. Rigby dropped the tickets in front of a man who worked as a ticket collector. "You have 7,500 tickets, anything up here is yours dude...I mean sir."

"What's the best thing you have to offer?" rigby asked

The ticket collector went in another room and came back with a brand new gaming system (PlayStation and Xbox mixed together) and a extra large white T-shirt.
"This thing is all yours and the shirt is free." The man said with a bored expression on his face.

Rigby had a huge grin on his face as he walked out the arcade with his prize. the shirt was lame but the system was everything He could wish for, He couldn't wait to see the look on Mordecai's face when he got back to the park. The sky had darkened to an ominous shade of gray and a plop of water landed on rigbys' forehead *I should hurry* he thought

The rain started coming down faster. Rigby covered the box holding his game with the shirt and ran for cover. The park was almost in his sight before he felt something heavy hit him on the back of his head. He collapsed on the ground and lost consciousness.
