Chapter 7 my birthday

Chapter 7- My Birthday.

My mind went blank. I looked at Sophie and we shared the same look. Total surprise. What got my mind back on track was the vibrating phone in my hands. He asked if I was there. I replied back saying I was still here. I thought he was joking when he asked me that. But that's when Sophie grabbed my phone and said 'if u hurt her I will hurt u' and sent it. I apologized to him once I got my phone back out of her death grip. He just laughed. I gave him my answer. 'Yes'. We have been going out for the last 2 weeks and my birthday was tomorrow. I decided to invite some of my friends over for a pool party. I invited a bunch of my friends including Sophie and Junior. Pa was the one to answer the door when Junior came. He gave me that look that says 'I'm gonna tell your dad about this.' I pushed pa aside and invited Junior in. He have me a hug and asked me who was that. I told him that was my pa. About an hour later we were all in the pool playing 'Marko polo'. Junior was it and he got most of them out except for my pa, me, and Sophie. Sophie had the bright idea to hop out of the pool. I had to do it and yelled "fish out of water!" At the tops of my lugs. Everyone pushed Sophie in giving her one more chance. Junior got pa out and Sophie out. It was just me and him. He finally caught my but rapped his arms around my waist from behind. Oh and I didn't tell my parents that me and Junior were dating. So you could imagine how mad they were. I just knew they were going to lecture me later. Junior got out before me to help me out. Once I was out I rapped my self up in my towel. We ate cake and it was time for the presents. Dad and pa got me a new laptop, Sophie got me what seamed like a life supply of make up and beauty blenders and brushes. I was existed to see what Junior got me because what ever he got me was in a big box. I opened his last. I just squeal and hugged him and thanked him what seemed like hundreds of times. He had gotten me a 8 ft. teddy bear. I always wanted one. What got me back to reality was hearing my parents response to the hug. Pa thought it was cute but dad didn't seam to like it considering he cleared his throat and sounded mad. But just before dad had the chance to get me and Junior out of the embrace pa said something embarrassing and frankly dad didn't want to hear. "Aww is that why you invited him Luna? That's to cute." He said. That made us both blush. I could tell that my dad was going to say something so before he could say anything I asked "pa can we all go play on the Xbox please? If you want you and dad can come and watch me beat everyone." Pa just laughed and said it was ok. Pa just had to talk to dad real quickly before anything else. The day came to an end and I waited for everyone to leave before I went to my bedroom to rest a little bit. It was about an hour later and my dad and pa woke me up to talk to me. The told me that they wanted to know about stuff like that I have a boyfriend and and that I had a first kiss and other milestones like that. Even though I was still half asleep I told them that me and Junior only have been going out for 2 weeks now and that we kissed only once. I may be half asleep but I knew better to not tell them that we made out already. I also told them that he was my first boyfriend so I was scared to tell them because I didn't know how they would take it. They understood but they weren't too happy that I kept it a secret for 2 week.
