I lost the group again, but I no longer care. Carl and Lizzie are a thing now. Beth's dead. The only ones I really miss are Glenn and Maggie. Of course I hope they're all okay but here's the thing, they probably don't even care I'm gone. So, if the people I love don't love me, what does it matter to care? A store broke me out of my thoughts. I kept the same tired/ pissed off look and walked in. I saw cigarettes, waters, a lighter, some ammo, a couple candy bars, and some food. I grabbed all of it. I took out a cigarette and lit it, putting it in my mouth. I coughed but eventually got over it and finished it, dropping it and putting it out with my foot. "Well that was disgusting," I mumbled, "maybe it'll kill me nice and slow." I heard rustling in the bushes and pulled out my gun, taking the safety off and pointing it. "Cmon out, I heard you." I said, rolling my eyes. Someone stepped out. A boy with sandy brown hair and green eyes stepped out." What do you want?" I asked, noticing he is kinda attractive but Carl is still better. No. I'm not falling in his trap thing again. "Can I have a cigarette?" He asked in a monotone voice. "Um sure?" I replied and handed him the pack and the lighter. He took a cigarette and threw the rest into the woods, and he threw hard. He lit the cigarette and blew out the smoke. It was one of the hottest things I've ever seen. Carl walked over, leading me to believe he was with the boy and blew a puff of smoke from his already lit cigarette and smirked at me. "Hey Trin." He said. I rolled my eyes and followed the two smoking boys. "Oh I'm Ron by the way." The boy said.
"Trinity." I replied. "Oh so you must be the girl that fuckboy here talks about every four seconds?" He replied.
"Yeah, I guess." I said.
